  • Miami and Notre Dame meet in prime time with the Hurricanes unbeaten at 8-0
  • BYU and Utah renew the rivalry with both teams inside the first CFP top 10
  • Read below for all 20 Week 10 college football picks, four matchup breakdowns and last week’s results

Week 9 was a rough one. The Sportradar model went 3-7 against the spread and 5-5 on totals for an 8-12 board with no pushes, undone by a run of favorites that never covered.

The first College Football Playoff rankings landed Tuesday night, which reshuffles how several of these games read. Miami sits at No. 1, Georgia at No. 2 and Utah at No. 3, with the Utes and BYU both in the top 10 ahead of their meeting in Salt Lake City.

The AI college football predictions for Week 10 cover another 10 games on the November 7 slate. Here is the full card, followed by four matchups worth a closer look.

AI College Football Predictions for Week 10

The board splits evenly in both directions, five overs and five unders, five favorites and five underdogs.

The totals range is enormous. Oklahoma State at Kansas State carries a 62.5 while UCLA at Minnesota sits at 39.5, a 23-point gap between the two numbers.

BYU at Utah Prediction & AI Picks

  • Spread pick: Utah -5
  • Total pick: Under 48.5

Utah is 8-0 and No. 3 in the first CFP rankings, with BYU right behind at No. 9 and 7-1. Kickoff is noon ET on ABC at Rice-Eccles Stadium.

The Utes buried Cincinnati 49-25 and the game was effectively finished by halftime, when they led 42-6. Devon Dampier went 22-of-29 for 260 yards and three touchdowns in that one.

One caveat on the margin: Utah scored two defensive touchdowns against the Bearcats, so the offense did not produce all 49 points on its own.

The BYU vs Utah picks lay the five and take the under. Holy War games tend to tighten up regardless of what either team has been doing, and 48.5 is a reachable number in a rivalry that usually turns into a possession battle.

Oregon at Ohio State Prediction & AI Picks

  • Spread pick: Oregon +7.5
  • Total pick: Over 46.5

No. 12 Ohio State is 6-2 after a 30-18 loss at USC, and hosts No. 23 Oregon at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS. Both teams are working through quarterback injuries, which is the real story here.

Luke Fahey gets his second straight start for the Buckeyes with Julian Sayin still sidelined, per Ryan Day’s Monday comments. Fahey was 21-of-38 for 260 yards with a touchdown and no picks in his first one.

The USC game is worth separating into two parts. Ohio State outgained the Trojans 464-338 and still scored one offensive touchdown, settling for four Connor Hawkins field goals. Jeremiah Smith caught 10 passes but for only 83 yards.

Oregon is 5-3 and expected to go with Dylan Raiola in place of the sidelined Dante Moore, though the Ducks have not formally announced it. The Oregon vs Ohio State picks take the points and the over, which needs the Buckeyes to start finishing drives rather than kicking.

Miami at Notre Dame Prediction & AI Picks

  • Spread pick: Miami (FL) +5.5
  • Total pick: Over 57.5

This is the one that jumps off the card. Miami is 8-0 and No. 1 in the CFP rankings, yet the model has the Hurricanes getting 5.5 points at Notre Dame. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

Notre Dame is 7-1 and No. 11, coming off a 35-13 win over Navy. The Irish did lose linebacker Drayk Bowen to an ankle injury in that game, with reports saying he has been ruled out for Saturday.

Getting points with the top-ranked team in the country is the kind of spot the model has taken all year. The Miami vs Notre Dame picks pair that with the over 57.5, the highest total on the board outside the Big 12 shootout.

Georgia at Ole Miss Prediction & AI Picks

  • Spread pick: Georgia -3.5
  • Total pick: Under 56.5

No. 2 Georgia visits No. 10 Ole Miss at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC, and the Rebels bring a 16-game home winning streak into it.

Ole Miss handled Auburn 45-15 with 487 total yards and 224 on the ground, plus a season-high 10 tackles for loss. Trinidad Chambliss went 22-of-34 for 263 yards, ran for 65 more and accounted for three touchdowns.

That final score oversells it slightly. Ole Miss led just 17-15 in the third quarter before pulling away late.

Georgia beat Florida 27-8 in Atlanta, a game the Gators lost in large part by turning it over four times with three interceptions. The Georgia vs Ole Miss picks lay the short number on the road and take the under, which fits two teams whose last wins were built more on defense and takeaways than track meets.

The Week 9 college football AI picks went 3-7 against the spread and 5-5 on totals for an 8-12 board with no pushes. Only Texas Tech and Iowa delivered both sides of their card.

The favorites were the problem. Ohio State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Florida State and BYU all failed to cover, and four of those five lost outright. Cincinnati plus the points went the same way once Utah led 42-6 at halftime.
