  • We’ve been blessed with more College Football action with Week 3 wrapping up on Saturday, September 13
  • There is no way we can just not bet this thing, so we’ll need to lock in right now
  • See below for both of my Week 3 nukes that the books will never see coming

We got out of last week with cash in our pockets, which is all we can ask for. When we bet two plus-money plays, all we have to do is hit one to profit. That’s just math.

Lucky for us, these books are giving out profit boosts every single week, so we can turn almost any standard bet into a plus-money banger.

It’s a strategy that has worked so far this season and will continue to work as long as we continue to get boosts. Guess what? DraftKings gave us two boosts for Saturday, and if we’re being honest, I found the perfect way to use them. This could be the greatest Saturday of our lives!

Week 3 College Football Pick #1 – Texas A&M Might Be Good

Sticking with team totals seems like the way to go again this week. All we really need to do is find a good number, then hammer it since we’ve got a profit boost. The price really doesn’t matter since we’re looking at a 50% profit boost on the Texas A&M/Notre Dame tilt.

Something tells me that Texas A&M will be more than ready for this thing. It’s just a minor speedbump on the Road to Glory.

It’s tough to really know who is good and who isn’t at this point in the season. We simply haven’t seen enough. But with that being said, Texas A&M looks like they might actually be decent. Sure, they’ve only beaten Utah State and UTSA, but they hung 40-burgers on both of those teams. They were supposed to hand out a beatdown, and they did.

The thing is, going to South Bend is not the same thing as hosting Utah State. Everyone knows that. Still, we have to keep in mind that we don’t need a 40-burger this week. We barely need a 20-burger. The Aggies have averaged 6.8 yards per play so far this season, so their offense is humming. Again, I know that wasn’t against Notre Dame, but we just watched them give up 27 points to Miami. It’s not like they are the ’85 Bears defensively.

All I’m saying is, 21+ points is not a lot, and we shouldn’t be able to bet it at plus-money. But with a boost at DraftKings, we can. My guess is this thing ends up being 27-21 or something of that nature. If that happens, we cash. Feels easy.

Week 3 College Football Pick #2 – LSU Might Prove A Point

At the same time Texas A&M is invading Notre Dame, LSU will be fighting it out with Florida in front of a sellout crowd. The idea that we get to have cash on both games is a literal blessing from the lord. I don’t know what we ever did to deserve such a blessing, but it must have been good.

One thing we know for sure, Tiger Stadium will be a crazy place to be.

This one is a little tougher than the Texas A&M move since we need an extra touchdown, but I think we can get it. The haters are going to say that the Aggies haven’t done this all season, but whatever. In their first game, they played Clemson, who is ridiculous on defense. Then last week, they played a junior college team in Louisiana Tech, so they were never going to show any playbook with the Florida Gators on deck.

I’d expect things to open up quite a bit, given the fact that Florida simply doesn’t play defense. Even though they’ve only played Long Island University and South Florida so far, they’ve allowed 5.9 yards per play. That is good for 93rd in the country. That’s terrible. By some miracle, South Florida was only able to put up 18 on the Gators. I highly doubt Florida will be able to keep LSU out of the end zone the same way. This could cash by halftime. Maybe sooner.
