Week 4 College Football Parlay Picks

The three legs combine to approximately +555: $55.48 in profit on a $10 stake. I’m keeping Iowa’s +5.5 point cushion while asking Texas and USC only to win. Compare the current college football odds before building the ticket, because a different spread or price changes the bet.

CFB Parlay Pick #1: Texas Moneyline

I prefer Texas outright in Knoxville. Arch Manning showed he could keep the offense moving under pressure in the 24-23 comeback win against Ohio State, leading three consecutive touchdown drives to close the game.

Each of those drives lasted at least 12 plays and covered at least 72 yards. That is the kind of sustained offense I want from a road favorite, particularly if crowd noise makes quick starts difficult.

Texas followed that impressive win with a 30-6 victory over UTSA, but Tennessee is a much tougher assignment. The Vols enter unbeaten after beating Kennesaw State 42-9. I’m buying the Longhorns to finish ahead without adding a requirement to win by a particular margin.

Week 4 Parlay Pick #2: USC Moneyline

USC is the underdog I want on this ticket. Jayden Maiava has completed 75.7% of his passes for 1,173 yards, 12 touchdowns and one interception through four games. That gives the Trojans a credible route to an outright home win.

Oregon’s 84-0 result against Portland State is difficult to apply directly to this matchup. Before facing that FCS opponent, the Ducks had allowed 66 points in two games. USC has the passing production to test whether those problems are resolved.

The danger is Oregon’s quarterback playing a cleaner game. Dante Moore has nine touchdown passes without an interception through three outings. I expect both offenses to create chances, and the plus-money home side is my preference for this leg.

College Football Parlay Pick #3: Iowa +5.5

I’m taking Iowa getting 5.5 points. The Hawkeyes have allowed only 13 points through three games, and their defense leads the FBS at 176.7 yards allowed per game entering this matchup.

The schedule qualifies those numbers. Two shutouts came against Northern Illinois and Northern Iowa, so I am not expecting Iowa to hold Michigan to the same output. What I like is having more than a field goal in a matchup where both defenses have played well.

Iowa’s rushing attack also gives it a way to sustain possessions. The team is averaging 268 rushing yards, although last week’s 422 against Northern Iowa lifted that figure. Michigan has allowed only 220 total yards per game, which makes repeating that production unlikely.

Hank Brown is making his first career road start, and that is the clearest risk to my pick. I’m asking Iowa to stay close rather than win outright. I would not replace +5.5 with a much shorter number simply to keep this parlay intact.
