Three weeks into Big Brother USA’s 24th season, there has been no shortage of drama and blindsides in the popular CBS reality show. While players have their eyes set on the $750K grand prize, odds have been released on which player will win America’s Favorite Houseguest.

27-year-old personal stylist Taylor Hale and 28-year-old attorney Michael Bruner are co-favorites to win America’s Favorite Houseguest on Big Brother 24. This $50K prize is separate from the grand prize money and voted on by the American viewing audience.

Lets’ take a look at the Big Brother 24 odds to win America’s Favorite Houseguest, and offer you our early pick.

Odds as of July 26th

The fan favorite winner is typically someone who makes it far in the game. Big Brother 19’s Cody Nickson has the lowest placement for an America’s Favorite Houseguest winner, and he still finished 11th on his season.

Michael and Taylor Big Brother 24 Favorites

The two clear favorites to win America’s Favorite Houseguest are Michael and Taylor. Michael has faced adversity in the early going and fought his way off the block with two veto wins. Taylor, meanwhile, has won fans over with her confident personality while facing microaggressions from other houseguests.

Michael is a favorite to go far in the game, but it’s hard to recommend him over Taylor for America’s Favorite Houseguest. Taylor has received plenty of support from BB USA’s season 23 ‘cookout alliance’ cast members on social media when she was the target of microaggressions. Her online backing is the strongest of any BB24 player.

Taylor’s underdog story makes her the better bet in the Big Brother 24 odds. The 27-year-old was nominated in each of the first two weeks and appeared doomed by a “girls girls” alliance that excluded her. She showed her mettle to fight to stay alive in the game, and Big Brother fans have come to love the Pageant Queen.

Players to Avoid in Big Brother 24 Odds

As mentioned earlier, it’s smart to bet on a player for America’s Favorite Houseguest who you think will make it far in the game.  Oddsmakers realize the viewing audience will want to give the award to the contestant who was on their screens for a lengthy period of time.

The first two houseguests to be evicted (spoiler alert!), are Paloma Aguilar, who left for personal reasons, and Joe “Pooch” Pucciarelli, who was the first player officially evicted.  Paloma faces the longest odds for America’s Favorite Player and isn’t a smart bet due to her minimal screen time.

For that reason, it’s fairly surprising that “Pooch” has relatively short +1400 odds to win the $50K prize, considering he was next out the door after Paloma. Perhaps the audience will pity Pooch for essentially engineering his own blindside, but it likely won’t be enough to make him America’s Favorite Houseguest.

Best Bets for America’s Favorite Houseguest

Taylor and Michael are the clear favorites to win Amerca’s Favorite Houseguest, but they are already huge targets in the house. Considering their chalky +450 prices, it’s hard to make investments for players who could be gone soon (based on their initial track record).

Kyle Capener sits at +800, the third choice on the board. He’s unabashedly funemployed, seems to have ingratiated himself well within the house, and is entertaining in the diary room. Kyle is likely to go far in the game and offers great value at +800.

Kyle also appears to be having growing feelings towards Alyssa Snider, who received a very favorable edit by CBS so far. She’s popular within the house and has a strong grasp on what is going on within the game. It’s pretty surprising her +1600 odds aren’t shorter, which makes her a great longshot.

Considering the possibility of a Kyle-Alyssa showmance, the value on these two players is too good to pass up. A $10 wager on Alyssa would payout $170 if she takes home America’s Favorite Player.

Pick: Alyssa Snider (+1600)
