Prop #1: Gio Urshela 2+ Hits
The first prop to attack is 2 or more hits for Yankee third baseman Gio Urshela. The 29-year-old has the luxury of hitting in the meat of the New York lineup, and with Gleyber Torres in front of him, and Rougned Odor behind him, there’s nowhere for Detroit starter Tarik Skubal to hide.

Urshela ranks second on the team in hits, and has racked up multi-hit games in two of his past four outings. He traditionally hits lefties hard, and owns a career .298 average at home.
Skubal meanwhile, has been chased early in two of his three starts, and boasts an ugly 7.88 ERA on the road.
Pick: Gio Urshela 2+ Hits (+210)
Prop #2: Marcus Stroman Under 5.5 Strikeouts
Sticking with a New York theme, the next prop to target is under 5.5 strikeouts for the Mets Marcus Stroman. The 29-year-old has never been a big strikeout producer, as evident by his career 7.3 K/9 rate, and he’s failed to clear 5 strikeouts in each of his four starts in 2021.
It’s Marcus Stroman day in Mets land.

He’s faced Friday’s opponent Philadelphia twice already this season, recording just 6 K’s in 12 innings of work. His 13.7% called strike rate is the lowest of his career, and his 9.6% swinging strike rate is his second worst mark since 2016.
Pick: Marcus Stroman Under 5.5 Strikeouts (-172)
