  • A humongous 13-game NBA slate is what we have on Wednesday, November 24, 2021
  • A great way to get in on the action are NBA player props which are everywhere on a slate like tonight’s
  • See below to find out some of the best player props to bet on tonight

We have a lot to be thankful right now and one of those things is the NBA. There are only 30 teams in the Association and 26 of them are in action tonight. A slate like this is what dreams are truly made of.

If there was one thing to complain about, it would be that there are only two games on national television. Still, we can’t watch 13 games at once so it’s fine. We still have the Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics on ESPN at 7:30pm and then the Philadelphia 76ers and Golden State Warriors on the same channel at 10:00pm ET. We’ll be fine.

There are more unforeseen roster changes in the NBA than any other sport. Because of that, many books are reluctant to post player prop lines too early in the day. For that reason, not all of the teams in action tonight are included in the table below. Scroll down to see the lines that are available and a couple of best bets.

Barnes With the Assists

One of my favorite parts of every new NBA season is the rookies. We have an idea how they’ll be in the league but we can never know for sure if they’ll pan out or not. One guy that is doing far more than panning out this season is Toronto Raptors’ rookie Scottie Barnes.

This kid has grown man strength and at times he looks like a point guard trapped in a forward’s body.

The first thing I did this morning was look to see where FanDuel had Barnes’ assist total. Why? Because the kid has recorded at least four dimes in eight of his last nine games. He’s dropped at least five in each of his last three including six in two of those games.

Tonight, the Raptors get the Memphis Grizzlies on the road in a game they should be able to keep close. No team in the NBA allows more assists per fields goals than the Grizzlies. A ridiculous 65% of their opponents’ field goals come via the assist. I love Barnes’ chances of dropping at least four dimes tonight.

  • The Pick: Scottie Barnes over 3.5 assists (-110)

Josh Hart is a Passer Too

The Washington Wizards will be in town taking on the New Orleans Pelicans Wednesday night and all I can think about is Josh Hart. The guy is a swiss army knife of statistics. He can score, he can rebound and he can load up on assists. He can even knock down a trey but this season his ability to dish has me fired up.

Let’s be honest, this guy has always been able to pass the rock.

The Pelicans’ season has been all over the place as they sit 3-16 and are already an afterthought in the playoff race. Still, Josh Hart has kept the faith in his teammates. In his last seven games, he’s dished out at least four assists in all but one. He gets the Wizards tonight who allow 60.5% of their opponents field goals to come via assist on the road this season.

We don’t need this guy to do anything special tonight and somehow we’re getting +142 for this bet. That’s crazy.

  • The Pick: Josh Hart 4+ assists (+142)
