  • The T-Wolves and Clippers wrap up their 2026 Summer League experience
  • Both teams enter at 2-2 in Las Vegas
  • Keep reading for my T-Wolves vs Clippers predictions and player-prop picks

The Minnesota Timberwolves (2-2 in Summer League) and Los Angeles Clippers (2-2 in Summer League) conclude their Summer League slate with a consolation game at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. ESPN will broadcast the game at 11:00 pm ET on Friday, July 17. Despite not making the Summer League playoffs, both teams enter off double-digit wins.

Continue reading for my T-Wolves vs Clippers predictions as well as two player props to back as Summer League comes to an end.

T-Wolves vs Clippers Predictions

Game Pick: Timberwolves Moneyline (+120, bet365)

Sticking with my general theory with exhibition games, I am backing the underdog Timberwolves to pull the “upset” on the Clippers tonight. Both teams have been inconsistent in the Summer League, showing out with a pair of blowout wins. On the flip side, both teams suffered blowout losses in their third Summer League games. In a game that I feel is a coin flip, I will take the plus-money side.

Regarding the spread, all four T-Wolves games have been decided by at least 13 points, and three of four Clippers games have been decided by at least 14 points. In other words, the 2.5-point spread is largely meaningless to me. If one was beholden to the Clippers, I would recommend an alternate spread to get plus-value rather than taking the -2.5 line.

Total Pick: Over 187.5 Points (-110, BetMGM)

Both teams have struggled to defend in Las Vegas. Minnesota is allowing a whopping 100.5 points per game, allowing at least 98 in each of the last three games. The Clippers have been modestly better, but they have allowed at least 90 points in three of four games.

In terms of this total, three of four T-Wolves games have sailed over while just one Clippers game, the most recent game, went over. Given the consolation nature of this Summer League game, I’ll lean with the offenses over the defenses.

Prop Pick: Zyon Pullin to Score 20+ Points (-140, bet365)

Pullin is among the most prolific scorers in Summer League, scoring 21.8 points per game over his four outings. He is shooting 45.3% from the field with a respectable 36.4% from three and 80.8% from the free-throw line. Pullin is averaging north of 13 field goal attempts per game.

Pullin, a two-year NBA vet, has cleared 20 points in three of four Summer League games, maxing out with 24 points. His worst outing was 16 points, a game he buoyed with 10 assists.

Prop Pick: Kobe Sanders to Make 2+ Threes (-160, bet365)

Sanders is averaging six three-point attempts per game in Summer League. While he has only made six of them in total (25%), he is taking them with enough volume to take the chance on him knocking down at least two. The two-guard was a 40.8% three-point shooter with the Clippers last season, making 80 threes in 68 games (16 starts).

Sanders has heated up from three-point land in the last two games. He hit multiple threes in the Clippers’ loss to the Lakers and their win over the Wizards. In total, he was 5-for-13 (38.4%). If he keeps up that sharp shooting on the volume, this would be trivial.

The Clippers are slight favorites in this wrap-up of Summer League action. Los Angeles bettors can get the Clippers at -2.5 against the spread for -110 odds or take a swing on -140 odds on the moneyline. Minnesota bettors can take the Timberwolves at +2.5 against the spread or +120 on the moneyline.

The total is set at 187.5 points with equal -110 juice on the over and under.

NBA Rookies to Watch in 2026-27

Keep an eye on Clippers rookie Keaton Wagler. The Illinois product is eighth in 2027 NBA Rookie of the Year odds. He had 16 points, six rebounds, and four assists against the Lakers in his most recent action. Last year at Illinois, he earned second-team All-America honors en route to being the fifth pick in the NBA Draft.

The Timberwolves do not have a player in the top 30 of Rookie of the Year odds. During the draft, they traded for Isaiah Evans from Brooklyn and selected Trey Kaufman-Renn with the 59th pick. Evans scored 22 points against Indiana while Kaufman-Renn scored 14 points on a Summer League special of two made field goals and five made free throws.
