The #7 Golden State Warriors (48-34, 24-17 home, 24-17 away) knocked off #2 Houston in seven games to set up a best-of-seven clash with Minnesota for a berth in the Western Conference final.

Golden State dominated the regular-season series between the teams but it’s the better-seeded Timberwolves who are favored to advance.

The Timberwolves have opened as slight -130 favorites to advance to the West final, giving Minnesota a 56.52% implied win probability. Minnesota only needed five games to knock off the #3 Los Angeles Lakers in the first round, covering the spread in all four victories, including a pair of road wins Games 1 and 5 as 5.5 and 6.0-point underdogs, respectively.

The Warriors/Timberwolves best-of-seven will start in Minneapolis on Tuesday, May 6, at 8:30 pm CT/9:30 pm ET. The teams will play every other day until Game 4 on Monday, May 12. After that, the schedule remains TBD.
