Last week’s NFL parlays and teasers went 1-1 as the teaser went 3-0 but the parlay was just 1-1 as the Ravens laid an egg in Pittsburgh. Season record: 4-6. -2.28 units.

NFL Week 6 Parlay Picks

When I first started writing up this week’s parlay picks, I was good to settle with the 49ers and Eagles at -137. But it seemed every time Deshaun Watson missed more practice and every time I refreshed the odds, the lined kept moving more in San Fran’a favor and made that two-team parlay a more unappealing -182. So enter the Rams. Joining the party to round out our Week 6 parlay predictions.

49ers vs Browns

  • Pick: 49ers

With a convincing 42-10 beatdown of the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football, the 49ers are 5-0 and clearly the favorites in the odds to win Super Bowl at +350 odds.

But 5-0 on the season. is just the tip of their regular season winning streak that is now 15 games going back into last season. Count the playoffs and they’re 17-1 in their past 18.

Brock Purdy still hasn’t lost a regular season game as a starter (10-0 SU, 8-1-1 ATS) and the 49ers average margin of victory this season is 19.8 points.

The Browns are 2-2 and without Deshaun in their last game they got blasted 28-3 at home by the Ravens. Watson looks set to miss out again and PJ Walker will get the start. Cleveland has also lost Nick Chubb at running back and their offense is only averaging 19 points per game. I don’t see Walker ending San Fran’s streak on Sunday.

Eagles vs Jets

  • Pick: Eagles

The other 5-0 team in the league right now is the Philadelphia Eagles. They’ll travel to New York to face the 2-3 Jets. The Jets have been improved in recent weeks, staying right with the Chiefs in Week 4 losing 23-20 and then winning in Week 5 over the Broncos 31-21.

Now last week’s win and scoring 31 points is great, but it did come against the Broncos who allow the highest PPG in the league.

The Eagles haven’t been blowing teams away but did beat the Rams by nine last week and contained LA’s potent offense in a 23-14 win. I don’t love 7-point spread on the road in the Eagles vs Jets odds, but the Eagles to just win in our parlay picks looks good.

Philly averages 28.2 PPG versus the Jets’ 18.6. And they should be able to control this game and dictate the pace of the play. The Eagles are second in time of possession at 34:42, while the Jets are 26th averaging 27:14.

The Eagles run the most plays per game, while the Jets run the second-fewest. And finally if the Eagles focus on the run they should chew up yardage as they average the sixth-highest yards per rush and the Jets allow eighth-highest yards per rush against.

Cardinals vs Rams

  • Pick: Rams

The Cardinals won the last game between these teams but the Rams have owned Arizona being 11-2 in the past 13.

Neither team has been overly impressive this season with LA only narrowly better at 2-3 versus the 1-4 of Arizona.

The Cardinals didn’t start the season as poorly as most would have expected and even shocked the Cowboys in a 28-16 win. But they’ve now been outscored 69-36 over the past two weeks, both losses, and have allowed 30+ points in 3/4. They’ve also had to shut down their top offensive threat in running back James Connor who was put on IR with a knee injury.

The Rams got their own star playmaker back last week from injury and Cooper Kupp didn’t disappoint in making eight catches for 118 yards. The Rams lost, but their offense is rolling with Matthew Stafford, Puka Nucua, Tutu Atwell and Kyren Williams all off to strong starts.

Joshua Dobbs has only thrown for 200+ yards twice this season and the Cards give up the seventh-most passing yards to opponents. The Rams pass the ball the second-most of any team and should have enough to outlast a limited Arizona offense.

NFL Teaser Picks Today

Matchup Pick (Teaser Odds)
Panthers vs Dolphins Dolphins (-3.5)
Giants vs Bills Bills (-3.5)
Patriots vs Raiders Total Under (50)
TOTAL ODDS -125

In our NFL Week 6 teaser picks we’ve bet down two of the biggest favorites in the Dolphins and Bills to 3.5-point favorites and we’ve added some points to the Patriots and Raiders game total.

NFL Week 6 Teaser Picks

NFL betting apps allow you to create many types of bets. One is a teaser. If you’re wondering, ‘What is a teaser bet?”, well a teaser allows you to add or subtract points from the pointspread for almost any amount of points. Panthers vs Dolphins

  • Pick: Dolphins (-3.5)

This doesn’t need much explanation. The Dolphins are the league’s most prolific offense averaging 36.2 PPG and 513.6 YPG.

The Panthers are 25th and 23rd respectively in those categories with rookie QB Bryce Young at the helm. In fact, when you consider Andy Dalton played one game and played much better, those numbers could actually be worse.

Sandwiched around a 48-20 loss to Buffalo, Miami has recent wins of 70-20 the week prior against the to that against the Broncos and 31-16 last week to the Giants. The Panthers are certainly closer to the mold of a Denver or New York and should get equally smacked our this weekend, making Miami a prime NFL teaser pick.

Giants vs Bills

  • Pick: Bills (-3.5)

The Bills may be coming back from a London disapointment, but now they get to host the Giants. The tonic to any team’s misery these days. The G-Men are 1-4 SU and and 0-5 ATS. They’ve been outscored 153-62, have given up 30 or more points in 4/5 games, 24+ in all five games and have led for a grand total of 18 seconds all season. And guess what, of their league-worst five offensive touchdowns, only one came against a team not named the Arizona Cardinals.

Daniel Jones has been ruled out with a neck injury, leaving backup Tyrod Taylor under center. It may be best for Jones’ health to sit out here. The Bills are second in sacks with 12 and Jones has taken a beating all season. He’s already been sacked 28 times this year behind a porous offensive line, including absorbing six last week and ten the week prior. Those 28 sacks are only one better than Sam Howell’s league-high 29.

That likely won’t improve this week with four of five Giants offensive linemen listed as questionable, as well as a whole host others on both sides of the ball.

Patriots vs Raiders

  • Pick: Under 50

This total is currently set at 41 and that may already be too high. But let’s do something a little different with this teaser prediction this week and include a total. For this purpose we’ll take the alternate total number of 50 to give us some extra buffer.

I’m not sure where the points come from here. The Raiders are 29th in PPG averaging 15.8 while New England is 32nd averaging 11.0.

The Raiders may hold that slight edge in scoring but they’re also near the bottom in plays for per game, ranking 27th.

Jimmy Garoppolo is only averaging 229 yards per game and that number is brought way up from one 324 yard performance. Otherwise, he’s thrown for 200, 185 and 208 yards.

Meanwhile, Mac Jones has been benched in each of this last two games and the Patriots have lost by a combined score of 72-3.

Then there’s the fact that these two teams are 2-3 (LV) and 1-4 (NE) to the under this season. Let’s bet under 50 to round out our Week 6 NFL parlays and teasers.
