The public is favoring Tampa to cover the 3.5-point spread with 69% of bets on them, while 82% of Saints vs Bucs public betting trends are pointing to wagers on the Buccaneers to win on the moneyline. With respect to the game total, 53% of bets have been placed on over 41 points.
Tom Brady and co. are the tenth choice in the Super Bowl odds at +2200, while New Orleans has astronomically long +25000 odds. The Bills have overtaken the Chiefs as the +400 favorite.
SGP Pick #1: Buccaneers Moneyline
The Saints have been a thorn in Tom Brady’s side since he switched to Tampa Bay, as they’d won four straight regular season tilts before falling 20-10 way back in Week 2. There was a playoff victory thrown in there though, so Brady has had some success against his NFC South rival.
Tom Brady has 71 touchdowns and zero… ZERO interceptions in the redzone since joining the Bucs in 2020.

Our model has this game going in Tampa’s favor, with the Bucs predicted to win 16.7-13.3 over the Saints. New Orleans has struggled on the road, losing their last four (five if you include the game in London), with them getting shut out last week in San Francisco. The Bucs have won three of their last four home contests.
The Saints have the 23rd-ranked defense according to Pro Football Focus, and the 19th-ranked coverage unit. Tom Brady and co. should be able to move the ball against them, while their offense hasn’t registered more than 13 points in three of their last four outings.
SGP Pick #2: Tom Brady Over 254.5 Passing Yards
After starting the season slowly, in terms of passing yards, Tom Brady ranks sixth in passing yards per game (277.4). The first two contests he had just 212 and 190 (versus New Orleans), but he’s gone over the 254.5 threshold in seven of his last nine games. That’s something to consider in the Saints vs Buccaneers picks.
Tom Brady’s passing yards prop is 264.5 passing yards
He’s hit that prop in 5/6 home games this year
He now faces a Saints team that could be without PJ Williams, Marshon Lattimore, and Bradley Roby

In the two he failed to crack that number, he was extremely close, with 243 and 246 yards through the air. He’ll have plenty of opportunities to rack up the yardage, as he’s attempted at least 40 passes in all but one of his last nine affairs.
SGP Pick #3: Chris Godwin Over 64.5 Receiving Yards
If we are going with Tom Brady to throw for over 254.5 yards, why not pair that up with a trusted wideout to haul in those passes? Chris Godwin has gone over that total in three of his last four games, with lines of 75, 71 and 110 yards.
Safety PJ Williams has been ruled out of this one in the Saints vs Buccaneers injury report, and cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore and Bradley Roby are questionable. If they can’t go or are hobbled, Godwin could take advantage. He must definitely be looked at in your Saints vs Buccaneers props for this Monday Night Football battle.
