In the Chiefs vs Bills player props, Patrick Mahomes has the higher passing yards total of the two quarterbacks at 254.5 yards, although Josh Allen has a notably higher rushing yards total at 42.5 yards.

KC WR Rashee Rice has the highest receiving yards total, while Buffalo RB James Cook leads the rushing yards totals at 62.5. If you’re looking for a spread pick, we’ve also made our Kansas City Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills prediction.

Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen (-130) has attracted the most money in anytime TD scorer market today on the DraftKings app. He’s also the most-bet on player to score multiple touchdowns at +550 odds and his passing prop of over 1.5 TDs (+105) is the single most-bet prop of the day. Patrick Mahomes over 1.5 TDs (-152) is the second-most-bet NFL player prop on Sunday.

Chiefs vs Bills Props #1: Josh Allen Rushing Yards

We’re not overthinking it with our first pick in the Chiefs vs Bills player props. Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen has rushed for at least 44 yards in three straight games, and oddsmakers are setting his rushing yards total for Sunday at just 42.5 yards.

Allen has a history of putting on the Superman cape in the playoffs against the Cheifs, rushing for 65-plus yards in each of his previous two postseason contests against KC. This time, he gets to play on his home field, where he’s rushed for seven scores so far this season.

Since the Bills fired Ken Dorsey, Allen has carried the ball at least eight times in all but two games. He ran the ball 10 times in the first meeting against KC and will again exploit a Chiefs rush defense that has allowed the 9th most rushing yards to quarterbacks this season.

  • Chiefs vs Bills Player Prop Picks: Josh Allen Over 42.5 Rushing Yards (-135)

KC vs Buffalo Props #2: Isiah Pacheco Rushing + Receiving Yards

The second player we are targeting in our Chiefs vs Bills player props is Kansas City RB Isiah Pacheco. The 24-year-old-year-old is coming off a monster 24-carry, 98-yard performance against Miami, and he should be relied upon heavily once again in the divisional round.

The Bills have been more vulnerable against the run than the pass this season, ranking 16th in rushing defense during the regular season (110 YPG). We like targeting Pacheco’s rushing and receiving yards prop, however, as he’s racked up 30-plus receiving yards in five different games.

The Bills have some key injuries in this game, including to cornerback Christian Benford, linebacker Baylon Spector, and safety Taylor Rapp. The Chiefs vs Bills betting line has shortened slightly in favor of the Chiefs, with oddsmakers forecasting another back-and-forth affair between the two teams.

For as much praise as Buffalo’s defense has gotten, it’s easy to forget they rank 28th in yards allowed per rush (4.6). Pacheco, who is averaging 21 touches and four receptions per game over his past five contests, will be a focal point of the Chiefs’ offensive attack Sunday.

  • Chiefs vs Bills Player Prop Bets: Isiah Pacheco Over 83.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-115)

In the Bills vs Chiefs touchdown scorer market, Buffalo QB Josh Allen has the best odds to find the endzone at -110. His counterpart, Patrick Mahomes, is much more of a longshot at +475 to find paydirt.

Chiefs vs Bills Props #3: Dalton Kincaid Anytime Touchdown

Josh Allen is the obvious choice in the Chiefs vs Bills anytime TD market, but we tried to identify a player with a bit more value. Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid is +210 to get into the endzone Sunday, and we think his 32% implied chance of scoring is simply too low.

Kincaid has become more involved in the Bills’ offense lately, averaging five receptions for 77 yards over his past three outings. Even with Dawson Knox back healthy, Kincaid has remained the top receiving tight end target in the Bills offense.  Kincaid had six targets last game, while Knox only had two.

The Chiefs have struggled to defend tight ends this season, allowing 43 average yards to the position group in 2023. KC defended Miami’s tight ends well in the cold weather, but were torched for 104 yards by the Chargers tight ends the prior week, including Donald Parham, who had 84 yards.

According to PFF, Kincaid ranks second among tight ends in both catches (42) and catch rate (82.4%) on the perimeter. With KC’s defense doing a great job taking away the middle of the field, we project Allen finds Kincaid in the outer edge of the endzone for a clutch TD.
