Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season is underway after an explosive Thursday night opener. The Buffalo Bills defeated the Detroit Lions 41-31, building a 27-10 halftime cushion and fending off the Lions’ fourth-quarter push.

With the opener in the books, bettors turn to a loaded Sunday slate, beginning with an eight-game window at 1:00 PM ET and concluding with a Monday night matchup between the New York Giants and Los Angeles Rams at 8:15 PM ET. The remaining schedule features pivotal early-season clashes that should be fun to watch.

Read on for point spreads and an against-the-spread pick for every remaining matchup, plus three best ATS picks broken down in detail.

Best NFL ATS Picks for Week 2

After a chaotic opening week, the Sunday slate offers great value for astute bettors. I am targeting an undervalued road underdog with explosive scoring momentum, a home underdog with a significant red zone advantage, and a prime-time road underdog flashing elite offensive efficiency to secure profitable edges.

NFL ATS Pick #1: Jaguars +2.5 vs Broncos

The Jacksonville Jaguars transformed into an absolute offensive juggernaut down the stretch of the 2025 season. Over their last four games, the Jaguars erupted for 36.5 points per game. They followed that up with a 34-10 win over the Browns in Week 1. The Denver Broncos had a stout defense last year, but they missed 28 tackles in Week 1 and looked lost against the Chiefs. Taming the Jaguars’ scoring momentum is a tall order. I believe this offensive unit remains undervalued.

Trevor Lawrence powers the Jaguars’ machine, fresh off a 4-touchdown performance. The Broncos rely on a ground attack led by J.K. Dobbins and quarterback Bo Nix, but the Jaguars are built to force a shootout.

The Broncos are an undeniably tough road test, going 14-2 straight up at home over their last 16 games. However, the Jaguars thrive here. The Jaguars are a blistering 9-1 against the spread over their last 10 games, boasting one of the sharpest NFL ATS records during that stretch, including a flawless 4-0 mark on the road in their last four. Take the points.

NFL Week 2 Pick: Jaguars +2.5 (-100)

NFL ATS Pick #2: Jets +3.5 vs Packers

The New York Jets welcome the Green Bay Packers in what shapes up to be a tightly contested affair. The Jets converted 66.7% of their red zone trips into touchdowns last week, while Green Bay has struggled mightily inside the 20 with just a 25% success rate.

While the Packers have a slight edge on third-down conversions, their failure to capitalize in the red zone makes them vulnerable as road favorites. The Jets’ rushing attack, producing a formidable 152 yards in their opener, can control the clock and keep this game close.

Getting more than a field goal at home with a team that finishes drives efficiently is tremendous value. Expect the Jets to leverage their home-field advantage and red zone superiority to keep this within the number, if not win outright.

NFL Week 2 Pick: Jets +3.5 (-110)

NFL ATS Pick #3: Giants +7.5 vs Rams

The New York Giants are catching over a touchdown on Monday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams. The Giants looked like a well-oiled machine, putting up 28 points against the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.

New York’s offensive efficiency is off the charts. They converted an astonishing 81.8% of their third downs and boasted a flawless 100% success rate in the red zone. Conversely, the Rams struggled to sustain drives, converting just 22.2% of third downs and 33.3% of their red zone opportunities. Furthermore, the Rams could still be feeling the lingering effects of their recent game in Australia, a situation made worse by the fact that they will be without Myles Garrett.

It’s rare to find an underdog catching over a touchdown when they hold such staggering advantages in scoring, third-down efficiency, and red zone execution. Take the points with confidence on Monday night.

NFL Week 2 Pick: Giants +7.5 (-120)
