Week 5 of the 2026 NFL season is upon us. With the Kansas City Chiefs and Carolina Panthers on bye, bettors are left with a 15-game slate to attack.

The Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings, and San Francisco 49ers are the only remaining undefeated teams. The 49ers put their streak on the line against the defending Super Bowl-champion Seattle Seahawks (3-1) in a massive NFC West clash that already has significant division-title implications.

I ran all 15 games through our A.I. prediction model, which dissected the matchup and spat out its best ATS pick for each game. The next section summarizes the computer’s Week 5 ATS picks. Under the table, I have summarized the rationale behind each of the picks against the spread.

Buccaneers vs Cowboys Pick: DAL -9.5 (-104 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
TB vs DAL ATS Pick

Kalshi
Dallas -9.5
51%

A.I. Rationale: “The Cowboys average a robust 30.5 points per game and boast a lethal 81.2% red-zone touchdown efficiency rate. At the controls is Dak Prescott, who is throwing for 266.3 yards per game with a 108.4 passer rating from clean pockets, consistently dissecting zone coverage schemes downfield.

Dallas is an exceptional 9-2 ATS in its last 11 games as a home favorite of seven or more points, winning those contests by an average margin of 14.6 points. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay’s offense is sputtering away from home, generating just 16.3 points per game while surrendering a 36.8% pressure rate. With the Dallas defensive front generating 3.7 sacks per contest to derail Tampa Bay’s passing timing, laying the 9.5 points with the Cowboys is the sharp side.”

Eagles vs Jaguars Pick: JAX -4.5 (+104 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
PHI vs JAX ATS Pick

Kalshi
Jacksonville -4.5
49%

A.I. Rationale: “The Jaguars have developed into one of the league’s most clinical finishing offenses, converting 81.8% of their red-zone trips into touchdowns while averaging 26.0 points per matchup. Trevor Lawrence has already tossed eight passing touchdowns against just one interception, posting a stellar 7.8 yards per attempt as Jacksonville has covered the spread in six of their last seven non-conference home games.

Conversely, the Eagles’ ground attack is struggling to dictate tempo, with Saquon Barkley held to just 45.5 rushing yards per game behind an offensive line generating a modest 1.1 yards before contact. Against a stout Jacksonville defensive interior yielding only 3.6 yards per carry, Philadelphia will struggle to sustain drives and keep pace with the Jaguars -4.5.”

Browns vs Jets Pick: CLE +1.5 (+104 at Polymarket)

Prediction Markets
CLE vs NYJ ATS Pick

Polymarket
Cleveland +1.5
49%

A.I. Rationale: “The Browns average 19.8 points per game, holding a decisive scoring and situational edge over a Jets unit languishing at 18.5 points per contest. Deshaun Watson has delivered timely production with six passing touchdowns, but the true separator in this matchup lies in the trenches, where Cleveland’s front generates a 35.4% quarterback pressure rate.

Cleveland ranks fourth in third-down defense, matching up favorably against a Jets offensive line that has surrendered 13 sacks through three weeks. With New York converting just 28.6% of its third-down opportunities and Cleveland boasting a 7-3 ATS record as a short road underdog (+3 or less), taking Browns +1.5 offers premier betting value.”

Bears vs Packers Pick: GB +1.5 (+100 at Polymarket)

Prediction Markets
CHI vs GB ATS Pick

Green Bay +1.5
50%

A.I. Rationale: “While the Bears post 28.0 points per game, the Packers hold a 55.6% win probability based on superior net yards per play and early-down success rates. Jordan Love provides 260.3 passing yards per matchup and an elite 104.2 passer rating when operating against split-safety coverages, giving Green Bay the aerial firepower to exploit Chicago’s secondary.

Historically, Matt LaFleur’s Packers have dominated this rivalry, covering the spread in 10 of their last 12 meetings against Chicago. With the Bears conceding 26.5 points per game on the road and struggling to generate organic edge pressure, backing the Packers at +1.5 is the correct side.”

Bengals vs Dolphins Pick: CIN -7.5 (+100 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
CIN vs MIA ATS Pick

Kalshi
Cincinnati -7.5
50%

A.I. Rationale: “The Bengals dominate the stat sheet with 24.2 points per game compared to a Miami offense averaging a meager 11.5 points, which ranks dead last in the NFL in offensive EPA per play. Joe Burrow is in midseason form, throwing for 292.8 yards per contest with an 8.4 yards per attempt average against two-high shell coverages.

Miami’s -7 turnover differential and 42.1% pressure-to-sack rate provide Cincinnati with consistent short-field opportunities. The Bengals are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 matchups when favored by a touchdown or more against bottom-10 scoring offenses. Lay the heavy number with Bengals -7.5 against an anemic Dolphins squad.”

Raiders vs Patriots Pick: LV +3.5 (-113 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
LV vs NE ATS Pick

Kalshi
Las Vegas +3.5
53%

A.I. Rationale: “The Raiders are lighting up scoreboards with 27.8 points per game and 5.9 yards per play, easily outpacing a Patriots attack that sits near the bottom of the league at 15.8 points per game. Kirk Cousins has anchored Las Vegas’ high-flying air raid with 11 passing touchdowns, consistently finding success against single-high coverage looks.

New England has failed to clear 20 points in six consecutive games, struggling with a 31.0% third-down conversion rate and an inability to create explosive plays downfield. The sheer talent and scoring pedigree gap makes getting +3.5 points on the road with the Raiders an easy cover.”

Vikings vs Saints Pick: MIN -1.5 (-104 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
MIN vs NO ATS Pick

Kalshi
Minnesota -1.5
51%

A.I. Rationale: “The Vikings feature an aggressive, blitz-heavy defense that has already racked up 16 sacks and a 41.5% pressure rate through three games. Operating Kevin O’Connell’s offense with supreme rhythm, Kyler Murray has been lethal both in structure and out of the pocket, averaging 8.1 yards per pass attempt alongside 44.3 rushing yards per game.

While the Saints counter with 26.3 points per game and Chris Olave commanding 125.0 receiving yards per contest, New Orleans has surrendered 11 sacks and allows a 48.0% third-down conversion rate defensively. Minnesota’s pass-rush disruption will force multiple Derek Carr checkdowns, giving Vikings -1.5 the decisive edge on the road.”

Texans vs Titans Pick: HOU -6.5 (-108 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
HOU vs TEN ATS Pick

Kalshi
Houston -6.5
52%

A.I. Rationale: “The Texans rely heavily on the precision of C.J. Stroud, who averages 285.3 passing yards per game while orchestrating an offense that ranks third in third-down success rate (52.4%). That efficiency spells disaster for a Tennessee team converting just 35.4% of third downs and generating a meager 13.2 points per game.

Houston’s defensive front ranks second in quick-pressure rate (under 2.5 seconds), which will overwhelm a Titans offensive line allowing pressure on 39.2% of dropbacks. Houston is 6-1 ATS in its last seven AFC South divisional games, making Texans -6.5 the logical wager to make.”

Giants vs Commanders Pick: WAS -2.5 (+100 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
NYG vs WSH ATS Pick

Kalshi
Washington -2.5
50%

A.I. Rationale: “The Commanders enter this rivalry matchup averaging 22.0 points per game, bolstered by a disciplined ground game and a +4 turnover differential. In contrast, the Giants produce 20.0 points per contest with Jameis Winston throwing for an erratic 159.7 yards per game alongside four interceptions and a 28.5% turnover-worthy play rate when pressured.

Dan Quinn’s defense specializes in taking away early-down rushing lanes, forcing opposing quarterbacks into obvious passing downs where New York converts just 33.3% of the time. Laying less than a field goal with Commanders -2.5 provides the clearest statistical edge in this division clash.”

Colts vs Steelers Pick: IND +2.5 (+104 at Polymarket)

Prediction Markets
IND vs PIT ATS Pick

Indianapolis +2.5
49%

A.I. Rationale: “The Colts boast a clinical 75.0% red-zone touchdown conversion rate and score 25.5 points per game behind Shane Steichen’s diverse run-pass option attack. Jonathan Taylor’s 5.2 yards per carry on early downs sets up manageable third downs, allowing Indianapolis to control the clock and maintain long scoring drives.

While the Steelers counter with Aaron Rodgers passing for 249.8 yards per matchup, Pittsburgh’s conservative checkdown approach (6.3 average depth of target) limits their ability to match touchdown drives. Indianapolis is 7-2 ATS in its last nine games as a short road underdog (+3 or less), making Colts +2.5 a strong value at the window.”

Broncos vs Chargers Pick: DEN -3.5 (+108 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets

Denver -3.5
48%

A.I. Rationale: “The Broncos enter this AFC West showdown holding a distinct tactical edge in offensive momentum and defensive disruption. Sean Payton has tailored his scheme perfectly around Bo Nix, who has already tossed five touchdown passes while showing poise in intermediate passing concepts. Defensively, Denver’s front seven under Vance Joseph has generated a 34.8% quarterback pressure rate, consistently forcing negative plays on early downs.

Conversely, the Chargers remain mired in a severe offensive funk, generating a sluggish 16.8 points per game and converting just 31.4% of third downs. Justin Herbert continues to navigate a banged-up offensive line and limited receiver separation, leaving Los Angeles unable to sustain drives. With Denver boasting a 6-1 straight-up record in its last seven road contests and possessing the clear advantage at the line of scrimmage, backing the Broncos at -3.5 is the sharp divisional play.”

Lions vs Cardinals Pick: DET -5.5 (-104 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
DET vs ARI ATS Pick

Kalshi
Detroit -5.5
51%

A.I. Rationale: “The Lions’ high-powered offense is firing on all cylinders, scoring an explosive 31.0 points per game while converting 78.6% of their red-zone trips into touchdowns. Jared Goff has orchestrated the attack with supreme precision, tossing eight passing touchdowns and distributing the ball efficiently off play-action. Behind the league’s most physical offensive line, Detroit’s two-headed backfield consistently generates 4.8 yards per carry on early downs to control the flow of the game.

Arizona simply lacks the defensive personnel to hold up against this sustained volume, as the Cardinals are surrendering 28.5 points per game and a 46.2% third-down conversion rate. While Jacoby Brissett has been steady in leading Arizona to 21.8 points per game, the Cardinals’ defense ranks near the bottom of the league in pressure rate, which gives Goff clean pockets all afternoon. The Lions are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games as road favorites, making Detroit -5.5 an easy cover to lock in.”

49ers vs Seahawks Pick: SEA -2.5 (-108 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
SF vs SEA ATS Pick

Kalshi
Seattle -2.5
52%

A.I. Rationale: “Lumen Field serves as the ultimate equalizer in this pivotal NFC West clash, where predictive metrics give Seattle a 62.0% home win probability. The Seahawks’ offense is operating with exceptional aerial efficiency under Sam Darnold, who is producing 276.0 passing yards per game on a lethal 8.62 yards per attempt. With San Francisco’s defensive front lacking Nick Bosa, Seattle’s offensive line will provide ample time to exploit single coverage on the perimeter.

While Brock Purdy and the 49ers average 30.5 points per game behind 11 total touchdowns, they face a Seattle defense that yields a league-best 141.7 net passing yards per game and generates pressure on over 37% of dropbacks. The 49ers have traditionally seen their offensive timing disrupted in Seattle’s hostile environment, where the Seahawks are 5-1 ATS as home favorites following a loss. Trust the situational metrics and lay the short field goal with Seattle -2.5.”

Ravens vs Falcons Pick: BAL -3.5 (-104 at Kalshi)

Prediction Markets
BAL vs ATL ATS Pick

Kalshi
Baltimore -3.5
51%

A.I. Rationale: “The Ravens bring an overwhelming offensive profile into Atlanta, averaging 29.0 points per game behind Lamar Jackson’s 241.8 passing yards per contest and Derrick Henry’s dominant ground attack. Baltimore ranks second in the NFL with a 77.8% red-zone touchdown conversion rate, turning sustained, time-consuming drives into seven-point scores. Their physical offensive identity matches up perfectly against a soft Atlanta front allowing 4.9 yards per carry between the tackles.

The Falcons continue to struggle offensively, managing just 16.3 points per game while suffering from a -5 turnover differential and one of the league’s worst average starting field positions. Against a Ravens defense generating 3.8 sacks per game and stifling opposing rushing attacks, Atlanta will find itself in constant third-and-long situations. John Harbaugh’s Ravens are 7-2 ATS in their last nine non-conference road games, making Baltimore -3.5 the premier side.”

Bills vs Rams Pick: BUF +2.5 (+100 at Polymarket)

Prediction Markets
BUF vs LAR ATS Pick
Learn more about Prediction Markets
Polymarket
Buffalo +2.5
50%

A.I. Rationale: “The Bills boast one of the NFL’s most complete offensive attacks, producing 31.8 points per game with Josh Allen accounting for 259.8 passing yards and over 45 rushing yards per contest. Allen’s dual-threat versatility keeps Buffalo at the top of the league in EPA per play (0.184) and third-down conversion rate (51.2%), consistently giving them the edge in high-scoring shootouts.

While Matthew Stafford and the Rams’ passing attack can generate explosive plays—averaging 297.3 passing yards per matchup—the Rams’ defense remains vulnerable, surrendering 27.5 points per game and struggling to contain mobile quarterbacks on third down. Buffalo is an exceptional 9-3 ATS as a road underdog under Sean McDermott, making Bills +2.5 at even money the smartest value on the entire board.”
