Opening Seahawks vs Broncos Odds
Week 6 action kicks off at Empower Field at Mile High on Thursday night, where the Seattle Seahawks (3-2, 1-2-2 ATS, 2-3 O/U) open as slim 1.5-point road favorites (-110) over the Denver Broncos (2-2, 2-2 ATS, 1-3 O/U) in the opening TNF odds. (Note that both teams are trailing in the second-halves of their Week 5 games.)
DraftKings has installed Seattle at -122 on the moneyline (55.0% implied win probability), with Denver returning as a slight home underdog at +102 (49.5% implied win probability).
The game total has opened at a modest 41.5 points with standard -110 juice on both sides, representing one of the lowest totals across the Week 6 board. The under has been the dominant trend for Denver, hitting in three of their first four games (10-31 at KC, 20-13 vs JAX, and 14-24 at SF) and looking good to cash again against LAC in Week 5. (The Chargers lead 17-10 heading into the fourth, meaning the teams will need to combine for 16 fourth-quarter points go over the 42.5-point total). The Bronco defense continues to keep games within reach despite an offense averaging under 19 PPG.
Seattle enters at 2-3 O/U, showing pronounced matchup splits – pushing past 50+ total points in high-flying shootouts against Washington (64) and the Chargers (53), while staying comfortably under against New England (23), Arizona (38), and San Francisco (34). Against Denver’s disciplined secondary in the thin Rocky Mountain air, oddsmakers project a lower-scoring, possession-by-possession Thursday night clash.

Opening Texans vs Jaguars Odds
Week 6 features another international action bright and early on Sunday morning at Wembley Stadium in London, where the Jacksonville Jaguars (4-1, 3-2 ATS, 1-4 O/U) are 3-point neutral-site favorites (-105) over their AFC South rival, the Houston Texans (1-4, 1-4 ATS, 2-3 O/U, +3 at -115). DraftKings has priced Jacksonville at -148 on the moneyline (59.7% implied win probability), while Houston enters at +124 (44.6% implied win probability). Jacksonville enters riding a wave of momentum following back-to-back tight victories over Cincinnati (22-17) and Philadelphia (19-17), while Houston finally broke through into the win column with an emphatic 26-3 road blowout over Tennessee in Week 5.
The total is set at 43.5 points (O -110 / U -110). The under has been virtually automatic for Jacksonville, cashing in four consecutive games with combined scores of 33, 41, 39, and 36 points. Jacksonville’s defense has surrendered just 14.0 PPG over its last four outings, consistently clamping down in the red zone.
Houston’s 2-3 O/U record features sharp contrasts: while shootouts against Buffalo (67 points) and Dallas (64 points) soared over, their other three games averaged just 30.3 combined points, capped by last week’s stifling three-point defensive showing in Nashville. With both defenses fresh off stingy performances and the cross-Atlantic travel factor in play, 43.5 demands a high offensive conversion rate in London.

Opening Ravens vs Browns Odds
AFC North hostility takes center stage at Huntington Bank Field on Sunday, where the Baltimore Ravens (3-1, 1-3 ATS, 2-2 O/U) open as 3.5-point road favorites (-110) over the Cleveland Browns (3-2, 3-2 ATS, 3-2 O/U, +3.5 at -110). DraftKings has installed Baltimore at -180 on the moneyline (64.3% implied win probability), with Cleveland returning at +150 (40.0% implied win probability). The Ravens arrive well-rested off their Week 5 bye after handling Tennessee 24-18 in Week 4, while Cleveland looks to rebound after a tight 17-12 loss in Week 5 that snapped a three-game winning streak.
The game total opens at a defensive-minded 40.5 points with standard -110 juice on both sides. Cleveland’s games have produced mixed totals (3-2 O/U), but their recent matchups have tightened considerably, with their last three games averaging just 39.7 combined points behind a front seven that consistently creates havoc. Baltimore enters at an even 2-2 O/U, having opened the year with explosive shootouts against Indianapolis (64 combined points) and Dallas (65 points) before their defense took over in a controlled 42-point Week 4 affair. Divisional encounters between these two rugged AFC North rivals typically turn into physical wars of attrition, justifying oddsmakers setting one of the lowest scoring bars of Week 6.

Opening Bears vs Falcons Odds
An intriguing NFC showdown heads to Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday, where the Atlanta Falcons (2-2, 2-2 ATS, 2-2 O/U) are slim 1.5-point home favorites (-105) over the Chicago Bears (3-2, 3-2 ATS, 1-4 O/U, +1.5 at -115). DraftKings has priced both teams identically on the moneyline at -110 (52.4% implied win probability apiece), treating this matchup as an effective pick’em. Atlanta still needs to play its Week 5 SNF game against Baltimore, but they are firing on all cylinders heading into that one; they stacked back-to-back dominant performances in Weeks 3 and 4, crushing Green Bay 35-14 and putting up a 45-24 rout over New Orleans.
Chicago, meanwhile, seeks a bounce-back effort after an uncharacteristic 31-7 loss to Green Bay halted a three-game winning streak.
The total is posted at 47.5 points (O -110 / U -110), creating a fascinating contrast between two conflicting betting trends. Chicago has been one of the NFL’s strongest under bets this season at 1-4 O/U; outside of a wild 96-point opener against Carolina, four consecutive Bears games have sailed cleanly under the total, averaging a minuscule 29.8 combined points. On the other hand, Atlanta has turned into an over powerhouse since Week 3, scoring 40.0 PPG on their own over their last two contests to push both well over the closing lines (49 and 69 combined points). Under the controlled dome conditions in Atlanta, the 47.5 total hinges on whether the Falcons’ high-tempo offense can dictate the pace against Chicago’s methodical defense.

Opening Bills vs Raiders Odds
A high-powered inter-division clash heads to Allegiant Stadium on Sunday afternoon, where the Buffalo Bills (3-1, 3-1 ATS, 3-1 O/U) open as 5.5-point road favorites (-110) over the Las Vegas Raiders (3-2, 4-1 ATS, 3-2 O/U, +5.5 at -110). DraftKings has installed Buffalo at -250 on the moneyline (71.4% implied win probability), with Las Vegas returning at +205 (32.8% implied win probability). Buffalo comes in refreshed following its Week 5 bye, looking to rebound from its first defeat of the season in Week 4 (a 29-26 thriller against New England). Las Vegas, meanwhile, seeks a defensive reset after dropping two straight games, most recently allowing 45 points in a 45-17 road loss to the New England Patriots.
The game total opens at 52.5 points (O -110 / U -110), tied for the highest mark on the entire Week 6 board. Both teams have been profitable over bets this season: Buffalo sits at 3-1 to the over, with its explosive offense driving games that average a combined 58.5 points. Las Vegas has cleared the over in three consecutive games (against Denver, Kansas City, and Indianapolis), with those three shootouts averaging 63.7 combined points. Facing a well-rested Josh Allen indoors on fast turf, oddsmakers anticipate a fast-paced shootout in the desert.

Opening Cowboys vs Packers Odds
A storied NFC rivalry resumes under the lights at Lambeau Field on Sunday night, where the Dallas Cowboys (2-3, 3-2 ATS, 4-1 O/U) open as slim 1.5-point road favorites (-105) over the Green Bay Packers (3-2, 2-3 ATS, 2-3 O/U, +1.5 at -115). DraftKings prices Dallas at -118 on the moneyline (54.1% implied win probability), while Green Bay offers near-even value at -102 (50.5% implied win probability).
Green Bay carries significant momentum into the matchup after stacking consecutive victories, including a dominant 31-7 blowout of Chicago in Week 5. Dallas will look to right the ship after a 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay on Thursday night halted a brief two-game winning stretch.
The total is set at an elevated 50.5 points with standard -110 juice on both sides, setting up a compelling battle of contrasting over/under trends. The Cowboys have been one of the league’s top over teams at 4-1 O/U (averaging 54.8 PPG combined). Green Bay has flipped into a defensive juggernaut over the past month, cashing three straight unders while holding opponents to an average of just 12.7 PPG during that span.
Whether Dak Prescott and the Cowboys’ up-tempo attack can crack Green Bay’s stingy home defense will determine if this total pushes past the 50-point plateau.
