NFL Highest Total Odds For Week 8

The marquee matchup between the Baltimore Ravens (4-3) and the Buffalo Bills (5-1), which should pit Lamar Jackson against NFL MVP odds candidate Josh Allen, has the highest total odds at 52.5 points. That isn’t surprising, as the Bills have one of the NFL’s most prolific offenses, averaging 28.5 points per game, and the Ravens can’t be ruled out of scoring for fun if Jackson is under center.

Other games with high-scoring totals are Arizona Cardinals vs. Dallas Cowboys (51.5) and Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (47.5). Several games have an opening line of 46.5 total points, including Bears vs. Seahawks, Panthers vs. Packers, and Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions. NFL Week 8 Best Spread Bets

As for the biggest spreads of Week 8, the largest one is the Cincinnati Bengals holding a -10.5 spread over the Tennessee Titans. The Bengals are 4-2 and have scored 163 points — only the Bills and Houston Texans have scored more points than Cincinnati in the AFC. On the other side, the Titans are 1-6 and rank 13th-worst in total yards allowed this season (2,058). The Bengals scored 35 points against the Ravens in Week 7.

The Patriots have an -8.5 spread over the Dolphins, and the Jaguars hold a -7.5-point spread over the Indianapolis Colts. Those are the second- and third-largest spreads in Week 8 of the 2026 NFL regular season. That makes sense, as both the Patriots and Jaguars should be in the conversation for a playoff spot in the AFC, while the Dolphins and Colts have won a combined three games in 2026 (Indianapolis 2-5, Miami 1-5).
