NFL SGP Legs #1 & #2 – Keon Coleman Will Get Us Home
After one look at the lines for this showdown, one thing stood out. The O/Us for the Buffalo Bills receivers are incredibly low. I get that the Baltimore Ravens play defense, but we’re not talking about the ’85 Bears here, people. They are going to give up receptions and yards, and one guy that stands out is Keon Coleman.
People are saying this kid could have a huge season.
Whether or not Keon has a big season is up for debate, but the fact of the matter is, he won’t have to have a big night to clear two catches and 25+ receiving yards. In fact, a line like that would be a disappointment for him. The kid was drafted to be an absolute dawg, not a 2-25 guy.
The Bills will see a Baltimore Ravens defense that can get after it against the run. In fact, no team in the NFL allowed fewer rushing yards to the running back position last season. Why is that important? Because if the Bills want to move the ball, it will have to be through the air. Translation: Keon is going for way more than two catches and 25 receiving yards. Feels easy.
NFL SGP Leg #3 – Khalil Shakir Won’t Let Us Down
Since we have a receiver that only needs two catches for 25+ yards, we can easily grab another guy from Buffalo to move the chains through the air. It just makes sense given what we know about the Baltimore defense being so good against the run. The thing is, we should find a guy that nobody will see coming.
Lucky for us, we’ve got the perfect guy for that role in Khalil Shakir. People are calling him the most underrated receiver in football!
The trick to these ladders is not to make these guys have to set a record to cash for us. By betting Shakir’s receptions at 4+ in the SNF odds, we’ve pulled off the perfect crime. For starters, the man went for 6+ receptions in every playoff game last season. When the Bills need him, he comes through. One of those games was against the Ravens. Simply put, we can trust him to grab four balls for us tonight. Feels easy.
