The biggest spread on the board is a massive 12.5 points in Dolphins/49ers, with 1-0 San Francisco laying nearly two touchdowns at home.

The second-biggest spread of Week 2 is 8.5 points, which is shared by two games: the Baltimore Ravens (1-0) are 8.5-point home chalk against the New Orleans Saints (0-1), and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-1) are also 8.5-point home favorites against the Cleveland Browns (0-1).

The highest Week 2 total is 53.5 (DET vs BUF) while the lowest is 40.5 (CLE vs TB).

Bills vs Lions Opening Odds

Week 2 gets underway on Thursday night with a clash of undefeated offenses when the Detroit Lions travel to face the Buffalo Bills. DraftKings opens the Bills as 3.0-point home favorites (-115) with a moneyline price of -166, while the Lions are listed as +3.0 underdogs (-105) and +140 on the moneyline.

Both squads enter on short rest following thrilling Week 1 victories. Buffalo proved its offensive firepower on the road, putting up 36 points in a gritty 36-31 triumph over the Houston Texans. Detroit, meanwhile, survived a 31-30 overtime thriller at home against the New Orleans Saints (after blowing a 21-0 second-half lead).

With both offenses already clicking at a high level and posting 30-plus points to open 2026, oddsmakers have set the total at a slate-high 53.5 points.

Buffalo continues to be the co-second-favorite in the Super Bowl odds, sitting at +1000 alongside Baltimore and trailing the Rams (+650).

Texans vs Bengals Opening Odds

An electric AFC clash takes center stage Sunday morning at NRG Stadium as the Houston Texans host the Cincinnati Bengals. Oddsmakers installed Houston as a short 2.5-point home favorite (-115) with a -142 moneyline, while Cincinnati catches under a field goal at +2.5 (-105) and +120 on the moneyline.

Cincinnati heads on the road with positive momentum after holding off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 33-27 in a high-scoring Week 1 battle. Houston, on the other hand, looks to rebound immediately after coming up just short in a 36-31 shootout loss to Buffalo despite an impressive 31-point offensive output. Given how easily both passing attacks moved the ball during opening weekend, the total sits at a healthy 47.5 points, with Houston favored by less than a field goal on its home turf.

Chiefs vs Colts Opening Odds

Sunday Night Football heads to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium as the Kansas City Chiefs host the Indianapolis Colts. DraftKings opens the Chiefs as substantial 6.5-point home favorites (-110) with a -290 moneyline, while Indianapolis enters primetime as a +6.5 underdog (-110) and +235 to pull off the outright upset.

Indianapolis travels to Kansas City in desperate need of a defensive reset after surrendering 41 points at home in a 41-23 Week 1 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The Chiefs, who wrap up their Week 1 slate on Monday Night Football against the Denver Broncos, will look to capitalize on an Indianapolis secondary that struggled mightily against explosive plays.

With the game total set at 48.5 points, sportsbooks anticipate Kansas City controlling the tempo against a vulnerable Colts defense looking to bounce back.
