The Bengals have lost two playoff games to the Raiders in two different cities. They were beaten 31-28 by the Oakland Raiders in the AFC Divisional Playoffs in 1975. It was the Los Angeles Raiders who beat Cincinnati in 1991.
Now it’s the Las Vegas Raiders who come to Cincinnati, the first time in three playoff meetings between the two franchises that will see the Bengals as the host team. It’s also the first time that Cinci will be the betting favorite.
Oddsmakers have the Bengals as the 4.5-point home chalk. The Bengals are 0-7-1 against the spread over their eight-game playoff losing streak.

Saturday’s game is set for a 4:30 pm ET kickoff at Paul Brown Stadium. The weather forecast is calling for cloudy skies, 10 mph wind and a temperature of 32 degrees. NBC is carrying the broadcast, with live streaming available from Fubo.tv.

Likewise, moneyline wagering is also tilting toward Cincinnati. The Bengals are drawing 64% of handle and 68% of bets.
When it comes to the total, just 53% of handle is with the over. However, 75% of bets are playing the over. The total for the game is showing a slight increase, moving from 48.5 to 49 points.

The Bengals surrendered 55 sacks during the regular season. That was the most of any playoff team and third-worst in the NFL.
Las Vegas only got to the opposition quarterback for 35 sacks, which was 20th in the league. However, they were tied for third in QB knockdowns (68), 12th in QB pressures (166) and their QB pressure percentage of 24.6 was 14th in the NFL.

Over their four-game season-ending winning streak, the Raiders collected nine sacks. In their 32-13 loss to the Bengals on November 21, Las Vegas sacked Burrow three times while limiting him to 129 yards and 1 touchdown through the air.

Las Vegas was hopeful that middle linebacker Nicholas Morrow (ankle) would be activated from IR for this game, but that won’t be the case. Right defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins (back) is listed as questionable. but it’s expected that he will be playing.

The respective stars of the run game appear to be trending in opposite directions. Raiders RB Josh Jacobs has gone over 100 yards in two of the past three games. He went off for a season-high 132 wins in last week’s playoff-clinching win over the Chargers.

Meanwhile, Bengals RB Joe Mixon, who gashed Las Vegas for 123 yards and two TDs in Cinci’s regular-season victory, is coming out of COVID-19 protocol. Although he was third in the NFL with 1,205 yards on the ground, Mixon hasn’t posted a 100-yard game since Week 13.
