It’s ladder time, people. I know what you are thinking, “What the hell do ladders have to do with the Seattle Seahawks/Arizona Cardinals game?” Great question. We’re doing what’s called a $10-to-$10K Ladder Challenge. It’s where we start with an average, ordinary $10 bill. What we do is bet that $10 bill on something. Then, when we win, we take our original, average, ordinary $10 bill plus what we won on the bet and put it all on bet #2. (For example, we won $10 on bet #1, so we’ll take our original $10 plus the $10 we won and bet it all on tonight’s Seahawks/Cardinals SGP.)

All we need to do is win 10 bets in a row, and we’ve turned that average, ordinary $10 bill into $10K. You don’t have to tell me, this plan is genius and has no chance of failing. We just have to be selective, just like we’re being for our bet for tonight. Feels easy.

Seahawks vs Cardinals SGP Leg #1 – Nobody Can Stop Jaxon

Obviously, we’re going to need a Jaxson in this thing, and the best one I can think of is Jaxson Smith-Njigba. He’s the hottest one on the streets right now, so it only makes sense that we include him. If we’re turning $10 bills into $10K, we’re going to need guys like Jaxson working for us.

Plus, if you haven’t noticed, our guy Jaxson is dominating the NFL right now. He’s becoming a “thing.”

Let’s be real, this guy can catch a BB in the dark. We’ve all seen him do it. And now, without DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett in town stealing all of his targets, Smith-Njigba is free to eat as much as he wants.

So far this season, Smith-Njigba has played three games, and he’s caught at least six passes in two of them. The only time he didn’t was last game when the Seahawks mercy-ruled the New Orleans Saints. He would have had way more than six had the Saints kept that game competitive.

Tonight, Smith-Njigba will be playing a division rival on TNF, so we can expect this thing to stay close enough. We just watched Ricky Pearsall catch eight balls against the Cardinals last week. We only need Jaxson to grab six tonight. Feels easy.

SEA vs ARI Same-Game Parlay Leg #2 – Trey Benson Has Hands

All we need to do now that we know Jaxson is definitely cashing his leg is find one more. If we can find one in the -200-ish range, we’ll just need two legs to get to the +100 range which is all we’re trying to do with these ladders. The Arizona backfield is an obvious place to look since James Conner is out for the season.

Lucky for Conner (and us), Trey Benson has his back.

Injuries suck, but they are a part of football. If I were in charge, they would not be, but I’m not in charge of anything, so there’s that. The thing is, when one guy gets hurt, it creates opportunity for other guys. The “other guy” in Arizona right now is Trey Benson.

From the looks of things so far this season, the only thing Benson needs is an opportunity. When he has been on the field, good things have happened, especially in the pass game. The man has caught at least three passes in each of his last two games, which were with James Conner healthy.

That’s important because only one team in the entire NFL has given up more receptions to the running back position than the Seattle Seahawks. They play a ton of zone, and every single ball Benson has caught this season has been against zone. All we need is for the Seahawks to play this thing from ahead, and we’re home. Feels right.
