Everyone knows that in order to get to Bet #2 of a $10 to $10K Ladder Challenge, we have to win Bet #1. It’s just how counting works. Well, we took care of Bet #1 on Monday night, so now we’ll look to the New York Giants/Philadelphia Eagles matchup for Bet #2. It just makes sense.

If you don’t know what a $10 to $10K Ladder Challenge is, it’s simple. We start with an average, ordinary $10 bill. It can be an old one, a new one, whatever. Doesn’t matter. We take that $10 bill and we bet it on Bet #1. Then, after we hit Bet #1, we take everything we won (including the original $10 bill) and roll it over onto Bet #2. According to math, after doing this 10 times, we will have turned that average, ordinary $10 bill into $10K. Feels like something we should do.

Eagles vs Giants SGP Leg #1 – Theo Johnson Is No Joke

Nobody in New York (besides Jaxson Dart) benefited more from Russell Wilson being benched than Theo Johnson. We all knew he was an absolute beast of a human being, but with Wilson throwing him balls, it was never going to work. Stevei Wonder could see that.

But every dark tunnel has a light of hope, and Theo Johnson is living proof at this point.

Here’s the thing with Theo: he was always going to be better with Jaxon, but now Malik Nabors and Darius Slayton are both out with injuries. The Giants obviously have other receivers, but how much can they trust those guys? Especially when they have Theo running around out there.

Last game, even with Slayton still walking, our boy Theo tied for the team lead in targets with seven. That game followed a similar game script that I expect this one to follow, with the Giants trailing and having to throw in the second half. Translation: all roads lead to Theo tonight. There’s really nothing anyone can do to stop it. He’s definitely catching at least three balls. Feels easy.

PHIL vs NYG Same-Game Parlay Leg #2 – Daniel Bellinger Can Get His Too

The haters are going to hate this leg of the parlay, but it is what it is. They’re not mad at us for knowing ball; they’re mad at themselves for not knowing ball. It’s a classic deflection situation.

Lucky for us, we know for a fact that the Giants will throw to both tight ends now that they’re receivers are all on crutches.

The best part about the NFL season is watching teams adjust their plans after injuries. One obvious adjustment the Giants made last week in their first full game without Malik Nabors was in the tight end room. The man who benefited most was Daniel Bellinger, as he played a season-high 52% of the snaps. Guys can’t catch balls if they’re not on the field, and Bellinger knows that.

Being on the field is only part of the equation, though. What we need is zone coverage for a guy like Daniel to be successful, and the Eagles play zone at a 70% clip. We need dump-offs, and there should be plenty of those to go around when guys are sitting down in zones. At the end of the day, two catches is nothing in a situation like tonight’s. Feels easy.
