Week 11 wraps up with a cross-conference clash. The Dallas Cowboys (3-5-1) head to Allegiant Stadium to face the Las Vegas Raiders (2-7). ABC and ESPN will simultaneously broadcast the 8:15 pm ET kickoff on Nov. 17. The Cowboys are coming off their bye week while the Raiders are off a mini-bye, having played on Thursday night last week.
The Cowboys are road favorites in the MNF odds. The public is backing the Cowboys to win and stay in the NFC playoff hunt. The public is also siding with a higher-scoring game, expecting points early and often.
Cowboys vs Raiders Betting Splits
As of Monday morning, the ATS handle is on the underdog Raiders in the NFL public betting percentages. The Raiders are getting 60% of the ATS handle as 3.5-point home underdogs, but only 32% of the bets are coming in on the Raiders. The Raiders are only getting 40% of the handle, but they are getting a healthier 68% of the bets. In other words, the average Raiders bet is bigger in dollar amount, while the average Cowboys bet is smaller in dollar amount. Writer Chris Ambereley is backing the Cowboys -3 in his Cowboys vs Raiders predictions and picks.
The moneyline heavily favors the Cowboys. Dallas has received a exceptional 90% of the moneyline handle across 92% of all bets placed. In contrast, the top-five-pick-bound Raiders have only gotten 10% of the moneyline handle across 8% of bets.
The public is divided on the total, but overall the public is leaning toward the over. In terms of bets placed, the bettors have put 51% of their bets on the over, with a nearly equivalent 49% of bets on the under. The handle is much more decidedly in favor of the over as 70% of the money bet on the total is on the over. In contract, the under accounts for only 30% of the handle.

DAL Cowboys vs LV Raiders Injury Reports
The Cowboys have five players on the injury report with a game designation for Monday night. The only player who has been ruled out is interior defender Solomon Thomas. The nine-year veteran will miss his first game of the season. He had one forced fumble, two tackles for loss, and 19 total tackles to this point.
Beyond Thomas, three other defenders could miss Monday night. This includes two safeties – Alijah Clark and Malik Hooker – and another interior defender in Perrion Winfrey.
Winfrey is designated for return from injured reserve. His first game back will be his first game since 2023. Clark has played four games this season, most recently in Week 8 against Denver. Malik Hooker has been out since Week 4, breaking an incredibly healthy run he had through four seasons as a Cowboy.
On the offense, rookie Ajani Cornelius is questionable with injuries to both knees. He has played one game so far, suiting up for seven special team snaps versus the Jets.
On the Raiders’ side, only backup quarterback Aidan O’Connell is on the injury report. He will miss MNF with a right wrist injury.
Kenny Pickett will serve as the No.2 quarterback for the Raiders behind starter Geno Smith. Pickett has thrown three passes so far in 2025.
