Selecting which team will win, or if they’ll cover the spread is standard but it’s a wager that doesn’t create a buzz quite like hitting on a player who scores a touchdown. That provides instant gratification and keeps games exciting, even if it’s not a close contest, so I’m hunting for a player from each of the games Thursday to record a TD. I’ll start with Packers vs Lions, then move to Chiefs vs Cowboys and finish off with Bengals vs Ravens in the night cap.

We should all be thankful there are three tremendous contests to watch on Thursday, with a crucial NFC North skirmish, KC and Big D battling to get back in the playoff race, and Joe Burrow expected to return for Cincy against the suddenly surging Ravens. I’m choosing three players to find pay dirt, and adding them all up for a same-game parlay has +905 odds, should they all record a TD.

Best Thanksgiving TD Scorer Picks

PlayerAnytime TD Odds
Amon-Ra St. Brown (DET)+110 (Fanatics)
George Pickens (DAL)+155 (Fanatics)
Ja’Marr Chase (CIN)-114 (Underdog)

Packers vs Lions starts the Thanksgiving festivities at 1:00 pm ET, followed by Chiefs vs Cowboys at 4:30 pm ET, and finally Bengals vs Ravens at 8:20 pm ET.

Odds as of 8:45pm ET, Nov. 26. Readers can bookmark SBD’s NFL touchdown scorer odds page to see up-to-the-minute props for every NFL game.

Packers vs Lions Touchdown Scorer Pick: Amon-Ra St. Brown Anytime TD (+110)

For my first selection, I have eyes on Lions star wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown, who has nine TD catches on the campaign, second most in the NFL. He’s of course catching passes from Jared Goff, who has thrown for at least one score in nine of ten career outings vs GB (17 total).

St. Brown has found pay dirt in three of his last five duels, and will be shouldering more off the offensive load with Detroit’s top-two tight ends out (Sam LaPorta, Brock Wright).

In the last five battles between these NFC North rivals, Detroit has put up 25.4 points per outing, and they’ve won six of their last eight versus their adversaries. I don’t love the -190 odds on Jahmyr Gibbs to get a TD, but the St. Brown number is much more digestible at +110.

As always, make sure you scan our NFL betting apps to find the best odds for all players to reach the end zone.

Chiefs vs Cowboys TD Scorer Pick: George Pickens Anytime TD (+155)

Next I’m eyeing Cowboys receiver George Pickens, who has had a fantastic first tour of duty in Dallas. He’s second in the league with 1,054 receiving yards, and is third in touchdowns, with eight. He’s found the end zone in back-to-back outings, also racking up monster games of 146 and 144 yards.

Pickens has six more TD’s on the campaign than wideout running mate CeeDee Lamb, but yet he finds himself with slightly longer odds to punch it in the end zone, which is enticing to me. KC surrendered a pair of passing touchdowns in their latest duel versus Indy, and while it won’t be easy for Dallas, Dak Prescott has been slinging it, with 23 pass TD’s, tied with Jared Goff for second most in football.

Bengals vs Ravens Touchdown Scorer Pick: Ja’Marr Chase Anytime TD (-114)

For my final selection I’m going with a more chalky pick, with my lone selection being a player with a minus sign for their pricetag. Ja’Marr Chase will return following a one game suspension for spitting on Jalen Ramsey, and he’ll be motivated to defeat a bitter rival. He’s got his quarterback Joe Burrow back, who missed the last nine games with a turf toe injury.

Chase leads the Bengals with five TD catches on the year, and he’ll almost assuredly get the lions share of the targets, with teammate Tee Higgins out with a concussion. Remarkably, Chase absolutely feasts on the Ravens, producing a whopping six receiving scores in the last three skirmishes.

If you’re feeling especially frisky, including Amon-Ra St. Brown, George Pickens and Ja’Marr Chase in a same-game TD parlay pays out +905.
