This matchup presents a stark contrast between a pitcher who limits hard contact and one who frequently misses bats but struggles with run prevention.

Arrighetti has looked like a Cy Young odds contender, producing a 4-1 record and a 1.88 ERA. His 5.34 BB/9 indicates command issues, but he offsets this with a .206 opponent batting average. Leiter arrives with a 4.85 ERA, heavily influenced by his 1.43 WHIP and frequent traffic on the basepaths. However, his elite 10.34 K/9 shows his pure swing-and-miss ability. Based on the starting pitching advantage and a superior lineup, I am backing Houston on the moneyline.

He faces a Houston offense that has struck out 359 times this season.
