The Colorado Avalanche found themselves at the bottom of the pile in Game 1 of their Western Conference Final matchup with the Vegas Golden Knights, falling behind 3-0 before dropping a 4-2 decision.
It was their first home loss of the playoffs, and they’ll look to regroup Friday in Game 2, before this series shifts to Sin City.
Colorado is the highest scoring team in the playoffs, so I expect some bounce back, but they are facing the top two individual leading scorers in the playoffs in Mitch Marner and Jack Eichel.
