Hard Rock Online Casino is only available in two states: Michigan and New Jersey.

Why is Florida’s Hard Rock Bet Situation Unique?
Hard Rock Bet is the only legal online sports betting app in Florida, giving it exclusive access to one of the country’s most populous states.
How did this happen? Hard Rock Bet is operated by the Florida Seminole Tribe, and has been running uninterrupted since November of 2023.
Amendment 3 was passed by voter referendum in November of 2018, giving the Seminole tribe control of legal gambling in the state, and prohibiting the authorization of any new gambling operators without their approval.
This has been challenged in court several times, most recently in 2024. The US Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal, however, ending the legal challenges and ensuring the Seminole tribe has exclusive Florida sports betting rights until 2051.
