The Seattle-Washington, Vancouver-New York and Carolina-Philadelphia matchups offer many different NHL player-prop angles tonight. The goal is to find playable prices rather than force a wager from every market. I’ve scoured the odds board and found three picks that offer major value. Keep reading for my NHL player props today, including best bets and anytime goalscorer picks on Oct. 11.

Jakob Chychrun (WSH)Anytime goalscorer+350bet365
Adam Fox (NYR)Under 1.5 shots+130BetMGM
Matvei Michkov (PHI)Anytime goalscorer+380BetMGM

These are the three NHL player props I’m tracking for tonight’s slate. Prices can move, so compare the listed number with the market before placing anything; Chychrun is listed at bet365, while Fox and Michkov are listed at BetMGM.

For broader slate context, Seattle is averaging 4.2 goals per game and Washington 3.5 at home. New York is allowing only 1.5 goals per game, while Vancouver is allowing 4.83 and owns a 52.2% penalty kill. Carolina is scoring 3.83 per game, but Philadelphia is scoring only 1.17 and has a 77.3% penalty kill.

NHL Anytime Goalscorer Picks

1. Jakob Chychrun Anytime Goalscorer

  • Pick: Jakob Chychrun anytime goalscorer at (+350 at bet365)

I’m taking the plus-money shot on Jakob Chychrun in Seattle at Washington. The Capitals are averaging 3.5 goals per game at home, have scored on 18.2% of their power-play opportunities and are generating 25.5 shots per game overall. That combination gives Washington’s defensemen a reasonable path to secondary scoring, particularly if Seattle’s penalty kill is tested. Chychrun has one goal, two assists and nine shots through four games, averaging 24:34 of ice time per night.

Seattle has allowed 2.6 goals per game and owns a .908 team save percentage, so this is not a pure defensive mismatch. Still, Washington’s home scoring profile and the long price make Chychrun’s anytime-goal market more appealing than a short-priced forward prop. 2. Adam Fox Under 1.5 Shots

  • Pick: Adam Fox Under 1.5 shots (+130 at BetMGM)

My Canucks vs Rangers prop pick targets Adam Fox’s low shooting volume. The projection has him at 1.8 shots compared with a 0.5 season average, but that number must clear two shots for an over, and his season baseline is substantially lower. Fox is projected for 21.1 minutes of ice time, which supports a full workload without requiring him to become a high-volume shooter.

The matchup does push in the other direction: Vancouver is allowing 31.7 shots per game and has an .853 save percentage. Even so, the Rangers average 23 shots per game as a team, and Fox’s value comes more from puck movement and possession than repeated attempts. At +130, I prefer the under rather than assuming the opponent’s defensive problems automatically translate to Fox’s shot total. Claim the BetMGM promo code to tail this wager.

3. Matvei Michkov Anytime Goalscorer

  • Pick: Matvei Michkov anytime goalscorer (+380 at BetMGM)

Matvei Michkov’s goal price is my finishing angle in the Hurricanes vs Flyers matchup. He enters Sunday with two goals on eight shots through six games, including two shots without a goal at Boston on Saturday.

At +380, I only need Michkov to finish one opportunity, rather than carry Philadelphia’s offense all night. Carolina, a top Stanley Cup odds contender, has a .878 team save percentage and has allowed 2.67 goals per game. Philadelphia’s home power play has converted just 11.1% of its chances, so I’m evaluating Michkov primarily as an even-strength finisher rather than leaning on a points or assists trend.
