  • Week 10 is here highlighted by unbeaten #1 Miami taking on #4 Notre Dame in South Bend
  • A Friday night Big Ten matchup and an SEC road favorite also make my betting card
  • Read below for my early college football predictions against the spread for Week 10

Week 10 of the 2026 college football season brings a strong Friday and Saturday slate. I am targeting three spreads where the matchup and the number line up.

Unbeaten #1 Miami visits #4 Notre Dame on Saturday, No. 2 Georgia heads to No. 12 Ole Miss, and Illinois hosts Nebraska under the lights on Friday night.

Here are my top early ATS picks for the slate.

Early Week 10 College Football Predictions Against the Spread

Georgia at Ole MissGeorgia -3.5-111BetMGM
Nebraska at IllinoisIllinois +4.5-114BetMGM

All three spreads sit under six points, so each pick could come down to a single possession. Notre Dame carries the best price at -108, a 51.9% implied probability. Georgia at -111 implies 52.6%, while Illinois at -114 carries the most juice at 53.3%. Compare the latest college football odds before locking in, since short numbers like these can move quickly.

College Football Prediction Against the Spread #1: Notre Dame -5.5 vs. Miami

  • Pick: Notre Dame -5.5 (-108 at BetMGM)

Notre Dame hosts unbeaten Miami on Saturday after improving to 7-1 with a 35-13 win over Navy. The Irish showed real balance in that game. CJ Carr threw for 210 yards, and Nolan James ran for 107 yards and two touchdowns.

Notre Dame also pulled away late, outscoring Navy 21-0 after halftime. That ability to win through the air or on the ground is the core of my Miami vs. Notre Dame prediction.

Miami’s 8-0 record is the obvious risk, and this will not be an easy afternoon. Still, I trust a balanced Notre Dame offense at home to cover the 5.5 in this clash of National Championship odds contenders.

College Football Prediction Against the Spread #2: Georgia -3.5 vs. Ole Miss

  • Pick: Georgia -3.5 (-111 at BetMGM)

Georgia enters 7-1 and ranked No. 2. The Bulldogs average 41 points while allowing just 14.9 per game. They leaned on the ground in a 27-8 win over Florida, rushing for 217 yards.

That combination of scoring and defense drives my Georgia vs. Ole Miss prediction. Georgia can control a game without needing a shootout.

Ole Miss is 6-2, ranked No. 12 and coming off a 45-15 win over Auburn, so this is a real road test. Georgia’s +3 turnover margin is solid rather than dominant, which leaves little cushion for mistakes in Oxford. I still like the Bulldogs to win by more than a field goal. College Football Prediction Against the Spread #3: Illinois +4.5 vs. Nebraska

  • Pick: Illinois +4.5 (-114 at BetMGM)

Illinois hosts Nebraska on Friday, November 6 at 8 p.m. ET. The Illini are 5-3 with three straight wins and have gone 15-4 at home since 2024. Quarterback Katin Houser has a go-to target in Collin Dixon, who has 60 catches for 781 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Nebraska is also 5-3, but three of those losses came by one score. The Huskers’ defense is legitimate. It allowed just 32 rushing yards and 267 total yards in a 17-10 loss to Washington.

That defense is the main risk in my Nebraska vs. Illinois prediction, and it points to a close game rather than a blowout. With a strong home record and three straight wins, Illinois is worth backing at +4.5.
