Lindsay Van Gyn is a freelance sports writer and full time sports communicator. She has a degree in cultural anthropology and a Masters in Sport Communication. After publishing through the University of Alabama, Lindsay was accepted to the PhD program in Tuscaloosa but stayed in her hometown of Victoria BC to work in digital sports highlights and advertising. College football and the NFL are her highest priorities when it comes to sports and while enthralled with the game, loves to dive into the cultural and historical contexts of football.
