Fanatics Sportsbook is now live in Pennsylvania.

Fanatics Betting and Gaming announced today that Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino will soft launch in Pennsylvania over the next two days under the supervision of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

The soft launch will feature no restrictions regarding customer signups or playtime.

Fanatics Opens in Largest Market Yet

Fanatics Betting and Gaming opened its sportsbook and casino in its largest market to date with its Pennsylvania launch. According to representatives, all PointsBet accounts have been migrated over to Fanatics Sportsbook.

It’s the 11th state for Fanatics Sportsbook and just the second state for Fanatics Casino. It comes on the heels of the sportsbook operator opening in Vermont earlier this month.

Pennsylvania sports bettors can now download the sportsbook and casino app in the Keystone State. Today in Pennsylvania only, each PointsBet customer’s username, password, account balance, rewards points and responsible gaming settings have been automatically migrated to the Fanatics Sportsbook.

The first bet placed in the state, according to a Fanatics representative, was a $5 four-leg same game parlay for tonight’s 76ers vs. Spurs matchup.

Fanatics Sportsbook Now Live in 11 States

The Fanatics Sportsbook is available online in the following states:

  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Kentucky
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Ohio
  • Pennsylvania
  • Tennessee
  • Vermont
  • Virginia
  • West Virginia

Fanatics Sportsbook also has 13 retail locations, including retail sportsbooks outside of Progressive Field and Nationwide Arena and the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at FedExField. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York.

Fanatics Sportsbook also recently launched in Connecticut after announcing a partnership with the Connecticut Lottery Corporation. Fanatics Sportsbook will serve as the lottery corporation’s exclusive sports betting provider for online and retail sports betting.

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation has been looking for a sports betting partner replacement for Rush Street Interactive since it announced earlier this year that it wanted out of the state. RSI and the lottery corporation had agreed to a 10-year partnership before the state’s sports betting launch in October 2021.

The CLC is one of three sports betting license holders in Connecticut. The Mohegan and Mashantucket Pequot tribes hold the other two licenses in Connecticut, with FanDuel and DraftKings as their respective sports betting partners.

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation will begin to rebrand its retail sportsbook locations to showcase the Fanatics Sportsbook brand. The change over will begin this week at the following locations:

  • Bobby V’s in Stamford and Windsor Locks
  • Sports Haven in New Haven
  • Winners in Hartford, Manchester, Milford, New Britain and Waterbury
  • The XL Center in Hartford
  • Aroogas in Shelton
