Serhii Bohachuk vs Brandon Adams Odds

Serhii Bohachuk | -345 |
Brandon Adams | +240 |
Odds as of Mar. 4 at Draft Kings
This bout was supposed to go down in December, but a positive COVID-19 test for Bohachuk put the kibosh on that initial plan. These two have been chomping at the bit and are finally ready to don the gloves to get at it.
Serhii Bohachuk’s Quest for 19-0
Bohachuk looks to continue his impressive run of dominance and make the sophomore defense of his WBC Continental Americas belt in the process.
This is a great crossroads bout for both of these warriors. Both boxers are ranked in the 154-pound hierarchy and how each of their resumes looks.
Serhii Bohacuk’s last outing saw him put away Alejandro Davila in the sixth round during their September bout in the Ukranian’s first pro fight outside of America.

Bohachuk has carved a swath through those he has been matched up with so far. But this Adams bout represents a step up in the caliber of competitor he is used to fighting.
Serhii Bohacuk seems acutely aware of this and has credited Adams as a proven pugilist with notable knockout power and someone who is hard to connect with cleanly.
Brandon Adams’ Road Back To WBC Gold
Adams is a former world title contender and has taken on some of the more noteworthy names in modern-day boxing. He went the distance in a WBC world title bid against Jermall Charlo but lost via unanimous decision in their June 2019 contest.
Brandon Adams is no stranger to the Ring City USA platform, as his previous fight was under that banner too. Adams’ last time stepping through the ropes saw him dispatch Sanny Duversonne in the second round of their December showdown.

The knockout rates of both men are worth comparing. While Adams’ overall stoppage percentage sits at 64 percent, Bohachuk has a flawless one hundred percent knockout rate.
The 25-year-old champion also enjoys a three-inch reach advantage over the contender Adams.
The size discrepancy between the two is something that Adams has seemed a bit dismissive of. Moreover, he is trusting his finely tuned preparations for Bohachuk after training for the titlist across multiple camps now.
Bohachuk vs Adams Tale of the Tape

This prizefight is scheduled for ten rounds, but I have a feeling that this bout will not encroach to the final bell. I think prop bets on this contest not going the distance (-177) as well as Bohachuk winning via KO or TKO (-121) present good value.
I see the champ maintaining his undefeated streak and his hold on the gold when Serhii Bohachuk vs Brandon Adams goes down.
Pick: Serhii Bohachuk (-345)
