KSI vs Logan Paul II vie for the YouTube championship this weekend. The first fight was deemed ‘The Biggest Amateur Boxing Match in History’ but now the two are going pro. The bout goes at the Staples Center in Los Angeles with the broadcast on DAZN.
It is a cruiserweight bout and will be a six-round affair promoted by Matchroom Boxing. The card is bolstered by high-level world title fights to complement the novelty main event. Odds have fluctuated and there has been months of speculation about who will take this one.
KSI vs Logan Paul II Odds

Logan Paul | -200 |

The Youtube pay-per-view effort garnered millions of dollars, with millions more viewing the spectacle. The metrics of prizefighting made a rematch inevitable here.
The initial “white-collar boxing match” went down in late-August 2018. This time the headgear comes off, ten-ounce gloves are donned, and the two men are looking for a stoppage. The first bout ended in a majority draw with one judge slightly edging it to KSI. Now just over fourteen months later, the sequel is taking place.
Logan Paul Claims the YouTube Championship
Paul indicates that he wants to debut in mixed-martial arts after this KSI rematch. He has a background in high school wrestling, and that coupled with his recent boxing training for the last year and a half has seemingly emboldened him to want a shot in the octagon.
After his rematch with KSI, @LoganPaul is looking to reach @danawhite about fighting in the UFC.

Paul left his hands down a lot throughout the first fight as the rounds went on. Though he gauged distance and timed entries well early on, he began to get tagged as fatigue set in more. Paul will need to be wary of that as a pro because of the greater likelihood of getting stopped by doing that in a pro bout.
The two have exchanged verbal barbs ahead of this with some of the comments getting vitriolic. KSI made reference to Paul’s dead dog in a derisive fashion at one of the press conferences for the rematch.
Paul made comments insinuating that KSI’s family has been turning their back on him and that KSI got kicked out of the house for hitting his mother on Christmas. There is a pronounced level of bad blood heading into this prizefight.
KSI vs Logan Paul II Tale of the Tape
0-0 | Record | 0-0 |
1 (amateur) | Knockouts | 0 |
6’0 | Height | 6’2 |
71.3″ | Reach | 74.8″ |
Joe Weller | Significant Wins | N/A |
orthodox | Stance | orthodox |
The three and a half-inch reach advantage for Paul is a metric worth noting. The jab was prying and persistent in the first fight but it seemed like the power edge went to KSI. It seems like Paul is more focused on combat sports than KSI is.
Though KSI has a slight edge in total boxing bouts, he has also been divvying his attention between Boxing and a burgeoning music career. Paul’s aforementioned UFC goal, as well as his regular Boxing training, lead me to believe he’ll be the more polished pugilist. I can see Paul scoring a unanimous decision.
Pick: Logan Paul (-200)
