The San Antonio Spurs have forced a winner-take-all Game 7 against the defending-NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2026 Western Conference Final. San Antonio ran away with a 118-91 victory in Thursday night’s Game 6.
Barring a remarkable San Antonio collapse, Game 7 between the Thunder and Spurs will take place on Saturday, May 30, at 7:00 pm ET at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, airing on NBC/Peacock. The winner will meet the New York Knicks in the 2026 NBA Finals.

At prediction site Kalshi, the Thunder are priced as 60¢ favorites (equal to -150 odds) to win Game 7 and advance to the NBA Finals. The Spurs are 42¢ underdogs (equal to +138 odds).
At DraftKings, the spread has opened at OKC -4.5 with -110 odds both ways. The total is 213.5, again with -110 odds on both the over and under.

Thursday’s Game 6 was just the second of the series to stay under the total, landing on 209 points against a total of 216.5. Game 4 – a 103-82 San Antonio win – was the only other to cash for under bettors. Game 1 would have stayed under but for two overtime periods which pushed the total into the 230s.

The Thunder continue to lead the NBA Championship odds at 45¢ (-122), followed by the Knicks at 32¢ (+213), and Spurs at 27¢ (+270). Whichever team wins the West will enter the NBA Finals with home-court advantage and as the betting favorite.
In Game 6, Victor Wembanyama had another monster night for the Spurs with 28 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, three blocks, and two steals in just 28 minutes.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had just 15 points on 6-of-18 shooting to lead the Thunder. He didn’t play a minute in the fourth quarter with his team already trailing by 26.
