  • The NFC North will be on fire when the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers get together on Sunday Night Football in Week 14
  • The division feels like it’s already been decided but this game will go a long way in doing so
  • See our favorite best prop bets below

The Chicago Bears (4-8) will do everything they can to prove they belong on the same field with the Green Bay Packers (9-3) on Sunday Night Football. Kickoff from Lambeau Field is scheduled for 8:20pm ET on NBC. Temperatures will be in the mid-30s with little wind and no precipitation so weather won’t be an issue.

The Bears are coming into this one losers of six of their last seven games and if we’re being honest, they don’t even look like an NFL team. The latest setback was a 33-22 loss to the Arizona Cardinals game that wasn’t as close as the final score indicated. As for the Packers, they’re coming off an impressive 36-28 beatdown of the Los Angeles Rams back in Week 12.

The current odds are showing the Packers as 11.5-point favorites although that number could grow as the day goes on. The total is a mere 42.5 as bettors don’t have a lot of faith in at least one of these offenses. As always, there are plenty of player props to consider which is what we’ll do here.

Allen Robinson Isn’t That Bad

The idea that Allen Robinson is not a good receiver has permeated through NFL fan circles and it needs to stop. The man has played with some of the most inaccurate quarterbacks the game has ever seen. I’m no snitch so I’m not naming names but a quick Google search wil make you feel bad for the guy.

The fact remains, Robinson can get open, he just needs a guy to be able to get him the ball.

I took Robinson in the fourth round of my fantasy draft this season so you would think I would hate him but I don’t. The guy can play but he still needs someone to get him the ball. I think that someone could actually be Justin Fields.

The last time Fields and Robinson played together they hooked up four times for 68 yards. Not exactly world-beater stuff but it’s better than what the books are saying about Robinson today. That game was the Monday night game against the Steelers when the Bears nearly pulled an upset as 7-point dogs.

The Packers should play this one from ahead meaning the Bears will be pressed to throw the ball more. When that happens, the Bears should be able to exploit a Packers’ secondary that is middle of the pack in receiving yards given up to the wide receiver position. We don’t need Robinson to be a hall of famer tonight, just don’t stink up the place.

  • The Pick: Allen Robinson Over 38.5 receiving yards (-113) – Wager 1.13 units to win 1 unit
  • SBD 2021 NFL Player Props Record: 22-27, -3.99 Units

Who Scores?

If you don’t have a touchdown scorer prop for a primetime standalone NFL game then it would be hard for us to hang out. It’s seriously a sign that you either don’t get it or don’t want to get it. Either way it’s a pretty bad look for anyone.

Luckily for you, your ways can change with a beautiful Jimmy Graham bet tonight.

It’s not like the Packers give up all kinds of touchdowns to the tight end position. They actually don’t. On the season they’ve only given up four in total to the position. Still, this is worth the bet thanks to narrative (he used to play for the Packers) and price.

This guy is barely on the field but he does garner looks near the goal line. Anyone with any Bears’ pass catcher on their fantasy team has learned to hate Graham because of this. Jimmy has caught a touchdown in each of his last two games so getting him at +800 tonight doesn’t even feel real.

  • Pick: Jimmy Graham – Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+800): Wager 1 unit to win 8 units
  • SBD 2021 Touchdown Scorer prop record: 18-31, -3.96 units
