  • Looking for more ways to bet this weekend’s Week 7 NFL action?
  • We have a three-leg parlay paying out at +156 and a three-leg teaser coming in at odds of -123
  • Read on to see which teams we’ve included for our best NFL parlays and teasers for Week 7

Week 7 is here and it’s a shorter slate this week with six teams on bye. We’ve still found three teams lined as favorites that look like good parlay picks. And with scoring way down this season and unders cashing like crazy, that should result in more close games and opening the door for teaser picks to cash. We’ve picked three teams in that category too. So let’s get into it and break down our top Week 7 NFL parlays and teasers for this weekend.

NFL Parlay Picks Today

Matchup Pick (Odds)
Bills vs Patriots Bills (-440)
Cardinals vs Seahawks Seahawks (-340)
Steelers vs Rams Rams (-162)
TOTAL ODDS +156

This weekend’s NFL Week 7 parlay picks include selections on the Bills, Seahawks and Rams and comes in at +156 odds at DraftKings.

The 49ers and Eagles blew up our parlay hopes last week, but we did cash the teaser leaving us at with a season record of 5-7. -2.48 units.

NFL Week 7 Parlay Picks

Parlay bets are great because they take the spread out of the question. You’re simply asking two or more teams to win outright. This week, we’re asking three of the week’s favorites to do just that. But if you need NFL spread betting explained, just click the link here.

Bills vs Patriots

  • Pick: Bills

The Bills may have struggled on SNF but they still got the win 14-9 over the Giants. The Patriots have struggled all season including last week where they lost 21-17 to the Raiders, leaving them on a three-game losing skid and 1-5 on the season.

The Bills have won the past four games between these AFC East rivals including 24-10 and 35-23 wins last year. This Patriots team just has no offense whatsoever, averaging an embarrassing 12 points per game, while being outscored 93-20 in their past three games.

The Bills only give up 14.8 points per game so this doesn’t look like a spot where Mac Jones (0 TDs in last three games) and this New England offense turns things around.

Cardinals vs Seahawks

  • Pick: Seahawks

The Cardinals are finally starting to look like who we thought they’d be. After three-straight good performances, an upset win over the Cowboys and 3-0 ATS start, they’ve now lost three-straight, been outscored 95-45 and failed to cover any of their past three games. Arizona also fades, and fades quickly in games. They have 87 first half points and just 30 second half points, while never scoring more than eight points in a second half of any game.

Seattle lost to Cincy last week 17-13, but out-gained the Bengals by 167 yards. Now they get a Cardinals defense giving up 27 points per game (27th).

The Seahawks took both games last season winning 19-9 and 31-21 and have also won four of the past five, with Sunday looking like a good opportunity to extend that streak.

Steelers vs Rams

  • Pick: Rams

The Steelers are a hard team to judge. They’re 3-2 but have also been blown out twice. Once, the last time when they took to the road and against the Houston Texans. They rebounded with a home upset win over the Ravens before going on bye last week.

So they’re fresh, confident and come in with the trend of Mike Tomlin being 65% as an ATS underdog. Which is what he and the Steelers are here as 3-point road underdogs to a Rams team that is 3-3 and coming off a win, beating Arizona 26-9 last week.

Pittsburgh has only scored over 20 points once this season, averaging just 15.8 PPG (30th). Their typically strong defense is also just 20th in PPG allowed (22) and 30th in yards allowed per game (389.4).

They’ll now have to slow down a Rams offense that averages the seventh-most yards per game (367) and 12th-most points per game (23). The Rams have also failed to cover only once this season being 4-1-1. We’re not asking for that, just simply for an outright win in our Week 7 parlay picks.

NFL Teaser Picks Today

Matchup Pick (Teaser Odds)
Lions vs Ravens Lions (+10.5)
Dolphins vs Eagles Dolphins (+10.5)
49ers vs Vikings 49ers (+3.5)
TOTAL ODDS -123

We’re riding with the Lions, Dolphins and 49ers for our Week 7 NFL teaser picks which gets us odds of -123 also created at DraftKings.

NFL Week 7 Teaser Picks

Another of the many ways on how to bet on NFL games comes in the form of teaser picks. Teasers allow you to move the spread up or down on game spreads or totals. You can also choose alternate spreads at most books which is a similar strategy.

For Week 7, we’re adding points to two underdogs in the Lions (+3) and Dolphins (+2.5) making them even bigger underdogs, and betting down the 49ers from near touchdown favorites on MNF all the way to +3.5 underdogs. So we’ve created a three-team teaser but done so by choosing alternate spreads for each game on DraftKings.

Lions vs Ravens

  • Pick: Lions +10.5

Both teams have been ATS darlings for their bettors with Detroit 5-1 and Baltimore 4-2. But Detroit have been the most consistent cashers of ATS bets at 13-3 in their past 16 games. Detroit hasn’t been on this good a run ATS since the 1960-61 season. Jared Goff is also on fire for bettors being 44-24 ATS himself in recent seasons.

Baltimore is 4-2 and while they’ve had two blowout wins of those four, one came against CJ Stroud in his first game, and the other versus Browns’ backup and rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Their other two wins have been by three and eight points.

The Lions are fourth in PPG at 28.0, ninth in PPG allowed at 18.8 and Goff is climbing up the NFL MVP odds at +3000.

The Lions do have a bunch on injury concerns and certainly could be in a spot where a loss is coming. But if it does, we’re betting it’s not by more than the 10 points we’re using in these teaser picks.

Dolphins vs Eagles

  • Pick: Dolphins +10.5

Oddsmakers are expecting a shootout here as this game has the highest total of the weekend at 52 points.

After suffering a defeat to the Jets last week it’a clear the Eagles are not the same team as last year. Are they good enough to put up some points on a Miami defense that gives up 26.0 PPG (26th) and 343.7 yards per game (20)? Absolutely.

But the Patriots and Jets, two of the league’s lowest scoring teams have each put up 20 points on the Eagles. That’s something Tua Tagovailoa and the Fins top-ranked offense should be able to do as well. And if they’re scoring 20-30 points, they should easily cover the +10.5 points in our NFL Week 7 teaser picks.

49ers vs Vikings

  • Pick: 49ers +3.5

Brock Purdy finally lost a regular season game, going into Cleveland against backup PJ Walker and losing 19-17. San Fran still were in a position to try and win it late, but also played parts of the game without Deebo Samuel and Christian McCaffrey who suffered injuries.

Minnesota won last week in Chicago and have their own major injury to deal with as WR Justin Jefferson is on the IR. Their MO is clear. They’re going to keep throwing the ball. They do so the most of any team. But the 49ers bring the tenth-best pass defense to the table in Week 7 only giving up 197.8 yards per game.

It’s hard to trust the Vikings versus average-to-poor teams, much less versus the team with the best Super Bowl 58 odds.
