  • Below, see a three-leg +435 Vikings vs Rams same-game parlay for their Wild Card showdown

The Minnesota Vikings face the Los Angeles Rams on Monday in the final game of Wild Card Weekend. This matchup was supposed to be contested in LA, but the California wildfires forced the NFL to make the drastic decision to move the game to Arizona. This will be a rematch from Week 8, when the Rams became one of just two teams to beat the Vikings all season. Kickoff is slated for 8:00 pm ET with Minnesota favored by 2.5-points in the Vikings vs Rams odds. We’ve cooked up a three-leg Vikings vs Rams same-game parlay for this contest that comes out to +435 odds.

This three-leg MIN/LAR SGP starts with 250+ passing yards for Matthew Stafford, followed by 40+ receiving yards for TJ Hockenson. We round it out with an anytime Justin Jefferson touchdown, which pays out at +435 odds if all three legs hit.

Vikings vs Rams SGP Pick #1: Matthew Stafford 250+ Passing Yards

Do you know who leads the NFL all-time in passing yards per game in the playoffs? I’ll give you a hint, it’s not Tom Brady, Payton Manning or Joe Montana. The answer is Stafford.

LA’s QB has averaged 307.9 passing yards per game in eight career postseason starts. He threw for 367 yards in last year’s Wild Card Round loss to Detroit, and averaged 297 yards per contest during the Rams Super Bowl run.

The Vikings defense has been making headlines all season, but they’re certainly not impenetrable. Stafford threw for 279 yards in their first meeting, posting a season-best 87.7 QBR.

Oddsmakers expect a high-scoring affair, meaning Los Angeles is going to have to score early and often in order to keep up as underdogs. That means plenty of opportunity for Stafford, who will not disappoint.

MIN vs LAR Same-Game Parlay Pick #2: T.J. Hockenson 40+ Receiving Yards

On to Hockenson now, who’s looking to bounce back after a quiet week. The entire Vikings passing attack was neutralized last week versus Detroit, but we shouldn’t expect that to happen again.

For one, Sam Darnold is going to play better. Last week’s game was an outlier, and we shouldn’t forget this is a guy who ranks top-five in nearly every major statistical category among QB’s.

Hockenson has the most favorable matchup of all the Minnesota receiving options, drawing a Rams defense that bleeds production to tight ends. LA surrendered 106 catches, and 1101 yards to enemy tight ends this year.

That ranks bottom-four in both categories, and with much of attention focused on shutting down Jefferson and Jordan Addison, Hockenson should be able to capitalize.

Vikings vs Rams SGP Pick #3: Justin Jefferson Anytime TD

Speaking of Jefferson, his anytime TD prop is the anchor of this SGP. Jefferson ended the season by averaging 12+ targets over the final four weeks, and dominates the Vikings red zone target share.

Jefferson saw 25 targets inside the 20 this season, third league-wide behind only Ja’Marr Chase and Amon-Ra St. Brown. He turned six of those throws into scores, and narrowly missed out on multiple touchdowns just last week.

Given his TD prowess, -125 odds are very favorable. He missed out on a score in the first meeting versus LA, but still hauled in 8 of 9 targets for 115 yards.
