Week 6 on the NFL calendar wraps up on Monday Night Football (Oct. 19th, 8:15 pm EST) as the Arizona Cardinals clash with the Dallas Cowboys.

This game features a lofty total of 55.5, and will mark the beginning of the Andy Dalton era in Dallas. The Cowboys offense is averaging 32.6 points per game, and should still be very effective with Dalton under center.

The props market certainly doesn’t view Dalton as a substantial downgrade from Dak, as all of the Cowboys receivers have yardage over/unders similar to what they would have if Prescott was slinging the pigskin.

All Odds taken Oct. 18th at DraftKings

Prop #1: Ceedee Lamb Over 4.5 Receptions

When we last saw Dalton on a full-time basis, he was peppering slot receiver Tyler Boyd in Cincinnati. Dallas spent a first round pick this year on slot receiver CeeDee Lamb, and so far he’s exceeded all expectations.

Lamb is one of the only wideouts with at least five receptions in every game so far in 2020, and Arizona is fresh off getting torched by New York Jets slot man Jamison Crowder.

The former Oklahoma star leads all Cowboys wideouts in receiving yards per game and has drawn 34 targets since Week 2.

Pick: Lamb Over 4.5 receptions (-129), 1 unit

Prop #2: Larry Fitzgerald Under 40.5 Receiving Yards

It’s been a while since Larry Fitzgerald was the Cardinals number one receiving option, but this season he’s fallen way down the pecking order.

The 37-year-old is on pace for a career low in targets, receptions and receiving yards, and is averaging just 6.8 yards per catch this season.

Fitzgerald has cleared 35 receiving yards just once through five weeks, and has just two more targets than backup running back Chase Edmonds. Yes, a matchup versus Dallas is mouthwatering, but the Cowboys have been getting eating alive on the outside, making this more a plum spot for DeAndre Hopkins and Christian Kirk.

Pick: Fitzgerald Under 40.5 receiving yards (-148), 1 unit

Prop #3: Kyler Strikes First

It’s no secret that Arizona’s lead back Kenyan Drake has struggled this season, which has prompted Kyler Murray to take matters into his own hands near the goal line. Murray has for 5 rushing TD this season, some on design runs and others on pure improvisation.

Murray entered Week 6, 16th in the entire league in rushing, ahead of such big names as Alvin Kamara, David Johnson and Chris Carson. He averages 7.2 yards per carry and if the pocket breaks down in the red zone, he’s a threat to make defenders look silly on his way in for a score.

I’ll also throw a sprinkle on Michael Gallup to score at any point during the game. Gallup caught two huge passes from Dalton on the Cowboys Week 5 game-winning drive and there’s clearly a solid connection between the two.

Gallup is a big play waiting to happen, and has the speed and athleticism to take advantage of the Cardinals’ 27th ranked coverage unit.

Picks: Murray to score first (+1100), 0.25 units, Gallup to score anytime (+285), 0.5 units
