After two weeks of waiting, the big day is finally here. Super Bowl 57 featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.

Chris Stapleton’s national anthem is in the books. And hopefully you took tails on the coin toss. Now it comes down to Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, and Jalen Hurts and AJ Brown.

Below we’ve got everything you need to know if you’re going to in-game the Super Bowl.

Is it Too Late to Bet the Super Bowl?

The answer is no.

If you live in a state with legal sports betting, then you’re still able to be the big game at your US betting site of choice.

As you keep track of the 2023 Super Bowl odds, keep in mind that all of your standard bets are still available. They’ll obviously change as things progress, though. A high-scoring opening quarter and you’ll see the total skyrocket. If your favorite falls behind by two scores, maybe it’s a good time to in-game them outright.

Unlike the regular season, some props will remain available during game play. Keep an eye out for the odds to change on a couple of key bets like Super Bowl MVP, halftime props and Gatorade color odds.

Halftime Update: A wild second quarter saw the Eagles fumble away a chance to go up by two scores, leaving the Chiefs with the chance to double dip. Things went about as bad as you could expect however, as Patrick Mahomes limped off the field in pain. Philly’s outright odds exploded to -520 at that point.

Jake Elliott’s field goal to make it 24-14 has them at -475.

After Third Quarter: Mahomes came out of halftime and the ankle didn’t seem to be an issue. He led the Chiefs down the field and promptly scored, cutting the Eagles down to -180. Philly’s ball control offense strikes again though, as we saw a total of three possessions in the third quarter. Jake Elliott’s second field goal of the night has the Eagles at -190.

What Is the Best Bet to Make for the Super Bowl?

After 1st Quarter: With how unstoppable he looked on that opening drive, Travis Kelce to score two TDs at +120 is awesome value. He’s got three quarters to do it, and the Eagles have to figure out how to stop him.

DeVonta Smith was tearing it up for Philly in that first quarter, but what about AJ Brown? His number for catches has dropped to 4.5 and he closed the first quarter with his first reception. If you think he continues to get frozen out, +115 is good value. If you think they look his way more, try and parlay that -155 with something.

Halftime Update: Philadelphia has dominated time of possession. That, combined with Mahomes’ ankle injury makes the total an interesting consideration. The Chiefs’ offense may not produce enough to hold up their end of the bargain. The Eagles to cover 6.5 already up by ten and no idea how health Mahomes is makes for a strong consideration as well.

Kenneth Gainwell seems to be taking over in the Eagles’ backfield, but if Philly starts to run it more, could we see Mile Sanders? He has just two carries for negative-two yards in the first half. But a few big runs in the second half could easily see him cross that 17.5 mark at -115.

After Third Quarter: Dallas Goedert currently sits at 55 yards receiving with a line of 65. At -110, that’s one big catch away, and that tight end screen they’ve been trying is bound to work eventually, right?

JuJu Smith-Schuster’s total is set at 3.5 and he’s already got two catches tonight. The Chiefs are going to have to throw it in the fourth, so that +140 price tag is great value.
