  • Read on for our best NFL parlays and teasers for Week 4

We’re breaking down the NFL Week 4 card to select a few teams to include for our NFL Week 4 parlays and teasers.

Last week was once again a split at 1-1. Technically … we won a little with the teaser being in plus-money at +103, but that’s neither here nor there. Season record: 2-4 and -2.14 units.

With what looks like 12/15 games going off with lines around four points or less in the Week 4 NFL odds, parlays are looking hard to come by, but there are plenty of options for teasers if you want more points with short dogs.

Below we’ve picked out a few teams to include for your NFL Week 4 parlays and teasers this weekend.

NFL Week 4 Parlay Picks

Last week I was siding with all road teams, but for Week 4 NFL parlays, home teams look like the way to go. When I started writing this up earlier in the week, the Detroit Lions as 6-point home favorites in the Week 4 opening lines, looked like an easy addition to this parlay.

But the injuries just keep piling up all week long and the line has dropped to 3.5 points. The Lions’ strength has been their offense, but as I look at the injury report now, we’ve got D’Andre Swift doubtful, Amon-Ra St Brown out and six more offensive starters questionable. I have to drop them and just settle with a two-teamer while upping the unit size.

Jaguars vs Eagles

  • Pick: Eagles

Maybe no team has looked more impressve than the Philadelphia Eagles through three weeks. They’re 3-0 SU and 2-1 ATS having won 38-35, 24-7 and 24-8. That Week 1 win by three points looks close, but the Lions scored 14 fourth-quarter points to attempt a comeback down 38-21. The Eagles are third in passing YPG and seventh in rushing YPG on offense. Defensively they’ve only allowed 16.7 points per game.

Jacksonville has actually been almost as impressive at 2-1 SU and ATS. They’re fourth in points allowed per game at 12.7 and first in rushing yards allowed per game at only 55.

The Jags haven’t been great against the pass though, ranking just 21st.

And while Jacksonville does look much improved this year, we can pick some holes in their start as well. They allowed 28 points in a losing effort to the Commanders. The same Commanders that Philly just smacked 24-8. They then shut out a hapless Colts’ offense at home without Michael Pittman. A 38-10 road in against the Chargers last week is great, but Justin Herbert was playing with a rib injury.

The Jags could in fact keep this one closer than some expect, but I’ll still bet the Eagles coming through in NFL parlays.

Patriots vs Packers

  • Pick: Packers

This one doesn’t need much explanation. as 9.5-point favorites, the Packers are the biggest favorites on the Week 4 board. They were actually -10 earlier in the week prior to recent line movement. They’re an easy inclusion in this Week 4 NFL parlay. The Patriots have looked abysmal at 1-2 and have been outscored 71-50 in total points scored. That was with Mac Jones at QB. Expected to be out with a high ankle sprain, the Pats will suit up backup Brian Hoyer under center on Sunday. Hoyer has plenty of experience in this league, but he’s just 16-23 as a starter. If Hoyer walks into Lambeau and beats Aaron Rodgers and the Packers as double-digit underdogs, well, I’ll tip my hat to him. But I don’t see it happening.

  • NFL Parlay Week 4 picks: Eagles and Packers to win (-156); risk 1.5 units

NFL Week 4 Teaser Odds

Matchup Pick ( Teaser Odds)
Buffalo vs Baltimore   Ravens +3 (teaser +12)
Cleveland vs Atlanta  Falcons +1 (teaser +10)
Los Angeles Rams vs San Francisco Rams +1.5 (teaser +10.5)
TOTAL ODDS -117

NFL Week 4 Teaser Picks

At NFL betting sites such as Barstool Sportsbook, you can select from many options for your NFL teasers. There will be no teasing through zeros this week, however, if we push the teaser to 9 points, we’re able to grab each of these teams as double-digit dogs, with two playing at home. Feel free to adjust your teaser (to only six or seven points for example) for longer odds if you wish.

Bills vs Ravens

  • Pick: Ravens (+12)

This one could shape up to be one of the games of NFL Week 4 between the 2-1 Bills and 2-1 Ravens. There are only three teams that have averaged over 30 PPG through three weeks and these are two of them. The Ravens rank first with 33 PPG, while Buffalo is third at 30.3 PPG.

Josh Allen leads the league in passing yards (1,014), but Lamar Jackson leads the league in passing touchdowns (10). Jackson is also tied for fifth overall in rushing yards as well. Both are among the favorites in the NFL MVP odds.

Baltimore may not have any standout offensive weapons, but so far it hasn’t mattered and they’ll be facing a beat-up Bills team. On offense, WR Gabe Davis, C Mitch Morse and TE Dawson Knox are all questionable. On defense, FS Micah Hyde was placed on the IR, while SS Jordan Poyer and CB Dane Jackson are also questionable in the secondary. So too is DT Ed Oliver. The Bills had as many as 14 starters out last week overall.

Who wins I’m not sure, but I think the Ravens will be able to do enough to keep this close at home. They are 4-1 ATS in their past five games at home against Buffalo.

Browns vs Falcons

  • Pick: Falcons (+10)

Browns’ games have been wacky this season. They led 20-7 in Week 1 before giving up 17 fourth-quarter points to hang on for a 26-24 win. They were leading 30-17 with under two minutes left in Week 2 and lost 31-30. Last week they won 29-17 but that score was 23-17 until they recovered a fumbled lateral in the endzone to end their game last week versus Pittsburgh.

But Browns’ games are usually close one way or another. After this season’s three games, plus their 17 last season, the final score has ended between a touchdown or less in 13/20 games. In 16/20 the score has been between 10 or fewer points.

The Falcons are 1-2 but all of their games have been close; 27-26 (L), 31-27 (L) and 27-23 (W).

Both teams will likely lean heavily on their ground games ranking first (CLEV) and fifth (ATL) in rushing YPG. The Browns’ Nick Chubb leads all rushers with 341 yards on the ground, while Cordarrelle Patterson of Atlanta is third in the NFL at 302. The Falcons at home could pull the upset, but should at least keep this close for our NFL teaser. They are 3-0 ATS on the year.

Rams vs 49ers

  • Pick: Rams  (+10.5)

The 49ers may be better off with Jimmy Garappolo in the short term, but his return to the starting QB position didn’t end well last week as San Fran lost 11-10 in Denver. To make matters worse, LT Trent Williams is out 4-6 weeks with a high ankle sprain and LB Azeez Al-Shaair is out eight weeks with a sprained MCL.

Missing Williams could be a problem for Jimmy G who got sacked four times last week. He’ll now be facing Aaron Donald and Bobby Wagner without his best pass protector.

The Rams don’t quite look like the team that just won the Super Bow. They were blown out in Week 1 to the Bills, almost coughed up a big lead to the Falcons in Week 2 and Matthew Stafford finished with zero passing touchdowns for the first time in his Rams’ career in last week’s 20-12 win in Arizona.

The way this 49ers’ offense is set up right now, they aren’t built for big plays and to blow anyone out. If this divisional rivalry is close the 10.5-points I’m getting in this NFL teaser will be plenty.

  • NFL Teaser Week 4 picks (9 points): Ravens +11.5 / Falcons +10 / Rams +10.5 (-117); risk 1 unit
