The full 2026-27 NFL regular-season schedule won’t be “officially” released until 8:00 pm ET on Thursday night, but Week 1 odds are already posted at FanDuel.
Without further ado, the table below sets out the NFL Week 1 lines (spread, total, and moneyline) for every game. Games are listed in chronological order.
NFL Week 1 Odds
The seasons will open with a fascinating Super Bowl rematch between the defending-champion Seattle Seahawks and reigning AFC-champion New England Patriots on Wednesday, September 9. Seattle has opened as a sizable 4.5-point favorites after routing the Pats 29-13 in Super Bowl 60 in February.
Seattle isn’t the favorite in the latest Super Bowl odds, though, despite coming off a dominant championship campaign. That honor goes to the division rival LA Rams (+850), with Seattle a close second (+950).
After the inaugural Wednesday opener, the Rams and Niners will play the first international game of the season down under in Melbourne, Australia, on Thursday, Sep. 10.
Cardinals vs Chargers – Biggest Week 1 Point Spread
The biggest spread on the board for Week 1 is in Los Angeles where the Chargers are laying 8.5 points against the rebuilding Arizona Cardinals. Arizona is tied with Miami for the lowest NFL win total at just 4.5. The Chargers have a win total of 10.5 and are coming off an 11-6 campaign. The birds went just 3-14 in 2025-26, tied with the Raiders and Jets for worst record in the league.
Buccaneers vs Bengals – Highest Week 1 Game Total
Only one Week 1 game has a total in the 50s: Buccaneers vs Bengals in Cincinnati. The Bengals paired an elite offense with a brutal defense last year (only Dallas games featured more scoring) and didn’t do a ton to fix their issues, outside of a blockbuster trade for Demarcus Lawrence.
Oddsmakers clearly expect more fireworks from the Bengals this season, setting their Week 1 total at 52.5, a full field goal higher than any other game.
Jets vs Titans – Lowest Week 1 Total
Three Week 1 games have a total under 40, but Jets/Titans is a cut below at 38.5. (MIA vs LV and CLE vs JAX both have totals of 39.5.)
The Jets and Titans finished third and fourth-worst, respectively, in scoring last season. The Jets averaged just 17.65 PPG while the Titans averaged 16.71 PPG. Only the Browns (16.41 PPG) and Raiders (14.18 PPG) scored fewer.
Raider fans have reason for optimism with #1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza wearing silver and black, but the odds Mendoza starts in Week 1 are low.
