Odds taken on September 5.

Pick 1: Hungary vs Russia

Hungary and Russia both made successful starts to their campaigns in Group B3 and now meet in Budapest at 1pm ET on Sunday.

Russia scored a 3-1 home win against Serbia while Hungary claimed an impressive 1-0 victory away in Turkey.

At Draftkings, Russia are favorites for an away win at +104 with the Hungarians at +290. The tie is +230.

The spread offering of +310 for the free-scoring Russians to win by two goals looks most promising (Asian Handicap -1.5 +310).

The Russian team have won 10 of their last 11 matches on either side of the Coronavirus shutdown.

That run includes a 4-0 defeat of Scotland last October in the Euro qualifiers, a 5-0 defeat of Cyprus in the same month and a 5-0 win against the minnows of San Marino in November.

The sole setback during this 11-game run was a 4-1 hammering by a world-class Belgium team last November.

Russia’s 3-1 defeat of Serbia came courtesy of two goals from Zenit St. Petersburg striker Artem Dzyuba,

In total during the 11-game spell, Russia have scored 35 times while conceding only six goals.

The 3-1 defeat of Serbia came courtesy of two goals from Zenit St. Petersburg striker Artem Dzyuba,

His club team-mate Vyacheslav Karavaev scored the other goal.

Hungary’s winner in Turkey last week was netted by midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai in the 80th minute.

The win ended a run of two straight defeats: in a  friendly last November against Uruguay which ended 2-1 to the South Americans, and a 2-0 setback in  Wales in the same month as the Euro qualifiers.

In total, Hungary have lost five of their last seven fixtures.

Pick: Russia +310 (Asian Handicap -1.5)

Pick 2: Kosovo vs Greece

Kosovo and Greece meet for the first time in history at 3:45pm ET in Pristina on  Sunday .

The Kosovans drew 1-1 away in Moldova in their opening Group C3 fixture while Greece claimed a point with a 0-0 draw in Slovenia.

The Greeks are favorites for an away win with Draftkings at +143. Their oddsmakers rate Kosovo as a +215 shot with the draw looking the best prospect at +220.

The draw against Slovenia ended a run of three straights wins for Greece.

They were 2-1 winners against Bosnia in a Euros qualifier last October and then followed up with a 1-1 away win in Armenia the following month – also in the Euros.

Kosovo’s draw against Moldova ended a run of three straight defeats.

Then came a 2-1 win at home against Finland in the same competition. Kosovo’s draw against Moldova ended a run of three straight defeats.

They will be looking for further improvement against Greece as they prepare for their Euro 2021 playoff tie against North Macedonia in October.

They proved a surprise package by finishing third in their Euros qualifying group

But they were beaten 2-1 in the Czech Republic in a Euros qualifier last November and lost 4-2 to England in the same month.

After that, they lost 1-0 at home in a friendly against Sweden last January.

They secured a point in Moldova last week when Benjamin Kololli scored a 71st minute equaliser following a 19th minute opener for Moldova by Ion Nicalaescu.

Pick: Draw (+220)

Pick 3: Serbia vs Turkey

Serbia and Turkey meet in Group B3 at 3:45pm ET on Sunday in Belgrade following their opening Nations League defeats by Russia and Hungary.

Draftkings make Serbia favorites for a home win at +106, but Turkey look much better value at +270. The draw is also promising at +240.

Turkey’s setback was a surprise as they are among the teams already qualified for Euro 2021.

They had won four and drawn twice in the previous six fixtures with a 1-1 Euro qualifying draw in France last October the stand-out result.

Serbia had enjoyed a run of four straight wins and then a 2-2 Euro qualifying draw  against Ukraine before they met Russia last week.

However, those wins were against unchallenging opposition .

A 3-1 win in Luxembourg was followed by a 1-0 home win in a friendly against Paraguay – the Serbian team’s only clean sheet in 13 games.

Then came a 2-1 win in Lithuania and an unimpressive 3-2 victory at home against Luxembourg.

Pick: Turkey (+270)
