The 2022-23 Calder Race wasn’t a close one, as Seattle Kraken rookie Matty Beniers separated him from the pack in December, and he never looked back. Despite a late push from Yotes’ rookie Matias Maccelli, Beniers delivered Seattle it’s first-ever Calder winner.

• [Mar 1] Beniers has virtually locked up the Calder Trophy, as his updated odds of -350 imply he has a 78% chance to win. The player with the next-best odds is Anaheim’s Mason McTavish at +800.
