Beverley Is Bringing It
Beverley was all over Whiteside on the virtual court and when it came to trash talking. Using the Milwaukee Bucks, he absolutely schooled Whiteside’s Los Angeles Lakers.
“I’m a cheat code,” Beverley announced to Whiteside as he was taking him down.

Drummond, his quarterfinal opponent, also turned in an impressive Round 1 performance. Deploying the Lakers, he crushed Lakers center DeMarcus (Boogie) Cousins 101-49 in a battle of big men. To Boogie’s credit, he did get through the entire game without suffering an injury.
People are always underestimating Drummond on the court. They say all he can do is rebound. At +275, he’s an enticing price in this game, especially coming off such a decisive effort.
Pick: Andre Drummond (+275)
Young And Restless
As Evan Turner pointed out to fellow 31-year-old Kevin Durant as Durant was losing to Derrick Jones Jr., video games are a young man’s world. And the two youngest players in the tourney are clashing in the quarterfinals.
DeAndre Ayton of the Phoenix Suns is 21. Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks is 20. Both are avid NBA 2K players.

While he was dispatching Zach LaVine 57-41, Ayton noted that he’s been playing the game since it was called NBA 2K9. That was 11 years ago.
Young is another obsessive NBA 2K player, and might just be the best of the bunch. He drubbed Harrison Barnes 101-59.
Take Young to win what should be the best of the quarterfinal tilts. In fact, ride Young all the way to the title.
Pick: Trae Young (-180)
Make Book On Booker
Rui Hachimura of the Washington Wizards survived his Round of 16 match 57-54 when Donovan Mitchell missed a trey at the buzzer.
Book didn't wanna run with the Suns 🤣@DevinBook ➡️ Bucks

Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns is a savvy NBA 2K20 player. When his first-round opponent Michael Porter Jr of the Denver Nuggets suggested that Booker play as the Suns, Booker didn’t hesitate to decline the opportunity.
Pick: Devin Booker (-350)
Keeping Up With Jones
Harrell of the Clippers was a 73-51 winner over Domantas Sabonis in his first-round match.

Jones took out the top-seeded Durant 78-62. That performance alone gives him the edge here.
Pick: Derrick Jones Jr (+100).
