- The Seattle Seahawks look to stay unbeaten against the upstart Arizona Cardinals (8:20pm ET)
- Running back injuries cost us again last week, but our picks still went 2-1 and won 1.09 units
- Find out which player props do we like for this NFC West showdown
A scheduling shift means the Seahawks will make their third appearance on Sunday Night Football in this short season, as they travel to Arizona for an NFC West showdown that has Seattle as 3.5-point favorites.
I’m never going to complain about a chance to see Russell Wilson take on Kyler Murray, but fair warning: we haven’t had the best of luck betting Seahawks props this season. We’re aiming to change that tonight in what should be another Seattle shootout.

No Rust for Russ
Russell Wilson is 6-2 in his career coming off a bye and he’s had some great statistical showings in those spots, including a perfect passer rating against the Lions back in 2018. The current MVP favorite has only failed to top 280 passing yards once this season: in a game that the Vikings held a nearly two-to-one edge in time of possession.
Highest-graded on 10+ yard throws:
1. Russell Wilson 98.1
2. Aaron Rodgers 96.1
3. Tom Brady 93.8
4. Ryan Tannehill 92.6 pic.twitter.com/1oqT6YiZN4— PFF (@PFF) October 25, 2020
The Cardinals offense is tailored to win shootouts, not milk the clock, so Wilson should have plenty of chances to air it out tonight. And though Arizona’s defense ranks ninth in DVOA, they haven’t shown well when they actually play competent quarterbacks. Both Matt Stafford and Teddy Bridgewater were able to carve up the Cards secondary on the way to wins.

Arizona often gives Seattle trouble when they visit the Pacific Northwest, but Wilson has been excellent down in the desert: he hasn’t lost to the Cardinals on the road since his first career start. Look for a big game from Seattle’s signal caller, as well as his favorite target, DK Metcalf.
Pick: 1 unit on Wilson OVER 289.5 passing yards (-110); 1 unit on Metcalf OVER 76.5 yards receiving (-110)
Seahawks vs Cardinals Scoring Props
Team | Odds to Score 1st TD | Odds to Score Any TD |
---|---|---|
Chris Carson (SEA) | +600 | -162 |
Kenyan Drake (ARZ) | +850 | -162 |
DK Metcalf (SEA) | +800 | -112 |
Tyler Lockett (SEA) | +850 | +100 |
Kyler Murray (ARZ) | +1100 | +125 |
DeAndre Hopkins (ARZ) | +1100 | +140 |
Greg Olsen (SEA) | +1200 | +175 |
Christian Kirk (ARZ) | +2000 | +275 |
Chase Edmunds (ARZ) | +2000 | +300 |
David Moore (SEA) | +2200 | +300 |
Kyler Keepers Keep Cashing
The Cardinals are letting their franchise QB run wild this season. Kyler Murray has rushed for a TD in every game this season but one, and his 370 yards on the ground leads all quarterbacks this season.
Most rushes gaining 10+ yards:
1. Kyler Murray – 16
T-2nd. Lamar Jackson – 14
T-2nd. Nick Chubb – 14
T-2nd. Dalvin Cook – 14 pic.twitter.com/IHTgeoHXnf— PFF (@PFF) October 23, 2020
The Seahawks pass defense is terrible, but once Arizona gets down in the red zone, Murray is always going to be a threat to take one in. Look for him to find his way into the endzone tonight, and we’ll sprinkle a little on that score coming first.
Pick: 0.25 units on Murray to score 1st TD (+1100) and 0.75 units on Murray to score anytime (+125)
