How to Use This Promo
Rafael Nadal is going for this 14th title on the clay at Roland Garros and is the clear favorite to win on the men’s side, followed by Novak Djokovic and Stefanos Tsitsipas. Djokovic has won this event once in 2016.
Over on the ladies’ side, 2020 winner Iga Swiatek dominated this competition last year winning her first title at Roland Garros without dropping a set. She’s listed as the favorite in the French Open odds for the women, followed by Ashleigh Barty and Aryna Sabalenka.

Everyone knows Rafael Nadal is the King of Clay. He’s won each of the last four French Open titles and 13 of the past 16, which is truly incredible. In 2021 he is 18-3 in his matches and 14-2 on his favorite surface, clay. He’s been installed as the odds-on favorite to win on the men’s side at -120 odds and is a huge -10000 favorite in the first round against Alexei Popyrin. The two have only met once in their careers, but it was this year and Nadal won on clay in Madrid 6-3 6-3.
If you’re looking for a sure-thing in the first round to advance, it’s basically a no-brainer to back Nadal. Otherwise, your next best bet as you can see from the table below would be Djokovic. He’s also listed at -10000 over his first round opponent Tennys Sandren. The two have never met on clay, but Djokovic does hold a 3-0 career record over the American.

If you’re betting the women’s singles, current champ Swiatek enters the French Open in top form. She just claimed the title in Italy earlier this month and did so while only dropping a single set. In the final she double bageled Karolina Pliskova, winning 6-0 6-0. Swiatek’s first round opponent is Kaja Juvan whom she’s won their only match against earlier this year at the Gippsland Trophy. Juvan did take a set off Swiatek in that match, but is ranked just 101st in the world and is 0-3 on clay surfaces in 2021.
Elsewhere, Elina Svitolina is massive chalk over Oceane Babel to the tune of -10000. The two have never met but Svitolina is No. 6 in the world, while Babel is ranked 1,105 with just an 11-10 all-time record. Svitolina is 19-9 and 6-3 on clay in 2021 and is coming off a quarterfinal loss to Swiatek in Rome.
Svitolina to roll through an ITF player also looks like a sure-thing to claim your 5-1 offer.
