Southampton vs West Ham United Prediction
Southampton comes into this game in a really good place after recording comfortable back-to-back wins over Everton and Norwich City. While Ralf Hassentuttl will still be without McCarthy, Lyanco, and Tella, there were no injuries to report after the Norwich game and with striker Che Adams hitting some form at the best possible time, it is all systems go at St Mary’s.

West Ham also won at home at the weekend in Premier League Matchday 27, but there was nothing comfortable about their narrow 1-0 win over Wolves, which was won by a second-half header from Czech midfielder Tomas Soucek. It was a vital win for the Hammers as it kept them above Wolves and still in contention for a Champions League place.

West Ham will be without Masuaku, Coufal, and Ogbonna but Ukrainian international Andriy Yarmolenkoin, who missed Saturday’s game for obvious reasons, may be available. It is hard to see a West Ham win here, so impressive have Saints been of late, but these two are well matched and so there is value in the draw after 90 minutes.
Picks: Southampton & West Ham to draw (+230)
Luton Town vs Chelsea Prediction
Championship side Luton will clearly start this as huge underdogs, but they come into this off the back of a three-game winning run and are notoriously hard to beat at their legendary Kennilworth Road stadium. While manager Nathan Jones is without Berry, Bradley, and Clark, he can rely on a feisty and noisy home crowd to make life tricky for the superstars of Chelsea.

The Blues were a penalty kick away from winning the League Cup on Sunday, but after extra-time and a marathon 22-kick penalty shoot-out they lost out to Liverpool. Thomas Tuchel’s first job will be to lift his players after such massive disappointment but with a large squad full of internationals, he has the option of making a few changes.

I expect Chelsea’s quality to see them through to the last eight but it will be no stroll in the park and it is even conceivable that Kennilworth Road could be treated to extra-time. Let’s go bold and predict a surprise draw here after 90.
Pick: Luton and Chelsea to draw (+360)
Crystal Palace vs Stoke City Prediction
The Eagles have had an up-and-down first season under the management of Patrick Vierra but will see this as a chance to treat their fans to another day out at Wembley. Despite only drawing 1-1 with Burnley at the weekend, they again proved what a tough team they are to beat, especially at Selhurst Park.

With Stoke’s chances of making the top six in the Championship this season now looking very slim, this one has a make-or-break feel about it for them. Manager Michael O’Neill will have his team fired up for this, despite narrowly losing 2-1 to promotion-chasing Bournemouth at the weekend and having now failed to win in their last four attempts.

Everything points to a solid home win for Palace but every FA Cup round throws up a shock and I feel this could be it, with a noisy, traveling support from the Potteries roaring their team on to a surprise win.
Pick: Stoke to win (+575)
