DraftKings Missouri will be one of the online sportsbooks available at midnight on December 1, 2025.

This was made official in August when DraftKings was awarded one of two untethered licenses by the Missouri Gaming Commission, ensuring it would be among the Missouri sports betting apps available for launch.

You cannot use DraftKings Missouri yet, but you can download the app. I can also tell you exactly what to expect when the time comes to start placing wagers at one of the top rated sports betting apps in the US.

When Will DraftKings Missouri Be Available?

DraftKings Missouri is available for download now, but you will not be able to setup your account on the app until Nov. 17. You will not be able to place a bet until after Missouri sports betting launches at midnight on Dec. 1.

It gained market access via one of the MGC’s two untethered sports betting licenses, joining Circa Missouri, which was a bit of a surprise contender.

That means neither will have to share revenue with a partner in Missouri, which should be especially lucrative for DraftKings, who are consistently one of the top two sports betting apps in other legal states when it comes to betting volume and revenue.

How Can I Sign Up at DraftKings Missouri?

You cannot sign up yet at DraftKings Missouri, but by downloading the app now, you can be ready when that process opens.

DraftKings has listed Nov. 17 as the date users can setup their accounts, which is two weeks ahead of launch. No information about sign-up bonuses in Missouri has been made available, although you should expect to see a lucrative and competitive one.

When registration opens, here’s what to expect:

  1. Click “Sign Up” either within the app or on the DraftKings site.
  2. Choose Missouri as your state.
  3. Provide personal information such as your name, birthdate, phone number, email address, street address and social security number (this is typical at all sports betting sites).
  4. Verify your identity and setup two-factor authentication.
  5. Choose your banking method of choice. DraftKings allows you to use the following methods to make a deposit in other states: Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), online banking, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Play+ Prepaid Card, VIP Preferred E-Check, wire transfers, DraftKings Gift Card, PayNearMe.
  6. Make your first deposit. The minimum deposit at DraftKings is $5, but you’ll want to make sure you’re meeting the threshold listed for their promo offer.

Once you’ve completed those steps, you’re ready to start exploring and betting on the DraftKings Missouri app!

What Can You Bet On In Missouri Using the DraftKings App?

When the clock strikes midnight on Dec. 1, you’ll have access to the massive library of betting markets at DraftKings.

The Week 13 Monday Night Football game between the Giants and Patriots will be played that day, and is a good opportunity for you to browse DraftKings NFL betting options. It has easy-to-find player props and specials, along with the basics like spread, moneyline and totals.

DraftKings will also have odds ready by then for the Week 14 Sunday Night Football matchup between the Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs.

Futures markets are abundant at DraftKings, so you can place your bet on the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl, Patrick Mahomes to win MVP, Andy Reid to win Coach of the Year and more. You can also bet on who will be the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

DraftKings has a lot more than football, although its college football selection is among the best in the industry for Mizzou Tigers odds. Betting markets will be available for the NBA, NHL, MLB, college basketball, college baseball, European soccer, golf, tennis, auto racing, boxing, the UFC… the list goes on.

Why Choose DraftKings Missouri Over Other Sports Betting Apps?

Let me be clear, it is my suggestion that you download multiple Missouri sports betting apps when they’re available, and there are two big reasons for that:

  1. You can take advantage of multiple welcome bonuses.
  2. You will want to have multiple apps to compare odds and shop for the best ones moving forward.

But you should certainly make sure that DraftKings is one of those.

It’s fighting with FanDuel for the top spot in the US sports betting market for a reason. The app is clean, easy to navigate and offers very fair odds. With a massive budget, DraftKings is also able to offer plenty of great promos and contests for existing users, rewarding you beyond signup.

My favorite part of DraftKings is the depth of betting odds. You can find basically anything that’s legal to bet on within the app, while at the same time not being overwhelmed or unable to track down the odds you want.

It’s also lightning quick with deposits and withdrawals. I once made a Venmo withdrawal that hit my account within 5 minutes.
