Another week is in the books and, with that data added to the mix, I have asked our internal A.I. to generate its best NFL picks for Week 8, including its favorites ATS and O/U pick for all 13 games on the docket.
The table below lists its ATS and O/U prediction for every Week 8 game, starting with Vikings vs Chargers on TNF and culminating with Commanders vs Chiefs on Monday night.
A.I. NFL Picks for Week 8
The A.I. is going with seven favorites and six underdogs in Week 8, which features just 13 games due to six teams being on bye (Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders, LA Rams, and Seattle Seahawks).
The A.I. had a winning record in Week 7 but is still well below .500 for the season on both ATS and O/U picks.
- AI ATS Record: 50-58 after Week 7

A.I. Is Red-Hot on Patriots ATS, Cowboys O/U
The team that the A.I. seems to have the best bead on at the moment is the New England Patriots. The A.I. has gotten four straight ATS picks correct on New England games. Coincidentally, it has backed New England to cover in each one and the Pats are riding a four-game ATS win streak.
It’s going back to the well in Week 8, picking New England (5-2, 5-2 ATS) to cover as seven-point home favorites against the offensively-challenged Cleveland Browns (2-5, 3-4 ATS).
The A.I. has also nailed four straight O/U picks on Dallas Cowboys games. Dallas, itself, has hit the over in five straight games, and the A.I. has backed the over in each of the last four.
In Week 8, the A.I. is reversing course and betting under 50.5 points in Cowboys vs Broncos.
A.I. Continues to Hammer Under Bets Despite Awful O/U Record
The A.I. has once again gone under-heavy with its Week 8 game-total picks. It is backing the under in nine of 13 games. For the season, it’s picked 84 unders and just 24 overs.
The A.I. has had two atrocious weeks picking game totals (6-10 in Week 2 and 4-12 in Week 3) and has gone exactly .500 in the other five weeks.
