  • The Falcons square off with the Buccaneers in an NFC South Week 15 tilt on TNF
  • I’ve selected three players to find the end zone for this primetime duel

Selecting which team will win, or if they’ll cover the spread is standard but it’s a wager that doesn’t create a buzz quite like hitting on a player who scores a touchdown. That provides instant gratification and keeps games exciting, even if it’s not a close contest, so I’m hunting for players to find pay dirt on Thursday Night Football.

I’ve put together three players to find the end zone in this Atlanta Falcons (4-9) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-6) skirmish with both teams reeling as of late. Atlanta has dropped seven of eight, while TB has lost four of five. Adding up all three selections for a same-game parlay has juicy +4500 odds.

Bucky Irving Anytime TD (+128 at BetRivers)

My first choice has my sights squarely on Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving, who has played two contests following six-game absence (foot injury). In those two affairs against Arizona and New Orleans, he’s scampered for a TD and caught a touchdown pass.

Earlier this season, Irving had a TD against his NFC South foes, and he’s up against a Falcons squad that’s allowed ten rushing scores on road this season, tied for second worst in the NFL.

With Tampa Bay getting receivers Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan back from their ailments, that should take much more attention away from Irving, allowing him to find the end zone.

Tyler Allgeier Anytime TD (+200 at FanDuel)

Next I’m looking towards the other sideline in Falcons backup running back Tyler Allgeier, who provides much more value compared to running mate Bijan Robinson (-130) to find pay dirt.

Allgeier has been a threat to score, picking up eight touchdowns on the campaign. He’s found the end zone in six of his last ten outings (seven total TD’s), and three of his last five.

He’s driven Robinson fantasy football owners crazy, vulturing TD’s away from him, as Allgeier has the aforementioned eight rushing touchdowns compared to Bijan’s five. Plus, he’s facing a Bucs squad that just allowed three scores on the ground last week to the Saints.

David Sills V Anytime TD (+550 at FanDuel)

For my final selection I’m making things interesting by going on a considerable limb, just because it’s fun having action on a player off the beaten path. With Drake London missing his fourth straight game Thursday (knee injury), David Sills V is thrust into the limelight.

He’s tied for the second most TD catches on the team, as has developed chemistry with Kirk Cousins, since he took over for an injured Michael Penix Jr. Sills had touchdowns in back-to-back games in Weeks 12 and 13 versus the Saints and Jets, and though he failed to record one last week against Seattle, that wasn’t for lacking of trying, as he was targeted four times. For a longer shot wager, you can do a lot worse than the Falcons wideout.

If you’re feeling especially frisky, including Irving, Allgeier and Sills in a same-game TD parlay pays out a cool +4500.
