The Seattle Seahawks (15-3, 7-2 home) will host the Los Angeles Rams (14-5, 7-4 away) in the 2026 NFC Championship Game. The Rams and Seahawks will meet at Lumen Field next Sunday, January 25th, at 3:30 pm PT/6:30 pm ET.
Seattle, which has long had one of the most-pronounced home-field advantages in the NFL, has opened as the betting favorite in the Rams vs Seahawks odds, but sportsbooks have a ton of respect for the visitors.
Opening Rams vs Seahawks Odds (NFC Title Game)
The opening Rams vs Seahawks spread lists Seattle at just 1.5 and with -115 odds to cover. The Rams are priced at -105 to cover as 1.5-point road underdogs. On the moneyline, Seattle is the narrowest of favorites at -130 with the Rams at +110 to win.
The total has opened at 47.5 with -110 odds both ways.

The Seahawks enter the NFC Championship Game as outright favorites in the Super Bowl odds at +145. The Rams are second at +210, slightly ahead of the Patriots (+270) and well ahead of the longshot Broncos (+1100), who lost starting QB Bo Nix in overtime against Buffalo on Saturday.
Seattle and Los Angeles played two hyper-tight contests in the regular season, with each team winning on its home field. The Rams took a 21-19 decision in Week 11, surviving a 61-year field-goal attempt by Jason Myers at the buzzer. The Seahawks answered back with a thrilling 38-37 victory in Week 16, which ultimately proved the difference in securing the #1 seed.
The losing team badly outgained the victor in both contests. Seattle had a 414 to 249 edge in Week 11, while LA had a 581 to 415 advantage in Week 16.
