  • We/ve got 11 games on the NBA slate this Tuesday, March 10
  • That is plenty for us to put together a little parlay action we can all be proud of
  • See below for my two-leg, +4218 NBA parlay for tonight

It’s Tuesday, and there’s a giant slate of NBA games for us to pick through tonight. As they say at church, God is good. But with a slate like this comes great responsibility. It’s on us to find multiple plus-money bangers that we can put together to form a giant parlay. Nobody and I mean nobody wants to go into a slate like this without a +4000 (minimum) ticket in their pocket. It would be a waste of a slate. Lucky for us, I’ve already gone through this entire thing. Every game. We’re talking thousands of mental simulations. Maybe more. And after all was said and done, I landed on two moves that will make the books think twice about letting us play there in the future. I almost feel bad for DraftKings. Almost.

Onyeka Okongwu 4+ Assists+254
Alexandre Sarr Double-Double+1120
Two-Leg NBA Parlay+4218

The two legs of this ambitious NBA parlay spit out +4218 odds at DraftKings, meaning a $100 bet would profit $4,218 if both legs hit.

NBA Parlay Leg #1 – Onyeka Okongwu Drops Dimes

The first thing we need to do when building a big ass two-legger, is find an anchor bet. One that we know is going to hit with ease. That way we’ll be able to focus on the other bet for most of the night. At the end of the day, we need to make this as easy as possible.

Lucky for us, DraftKings made it incredibly easy by pricing Onyeka Okongwu’s assists at banger levels. The guy is a certified dime dealer nowadays.

Here’s the thing with Okongwu, he’s getting a little older now and he’s starting to like seeing other guys do dirt. Numbers don’t lie. Over his last 18 home games, he’s gone for 3+ assists in 14 of them. What’s even better is, in eight of those games, he’s had at least six potential assists. The guy is sharing the rock. There’s no two ways about it.

Tonight he’ll see a team in the Dallas Mavericks that allow big men to show off their passing chops. Over their last 15 games, centers have averaged four assists per game. That’s all centers too. Even the ones that don’t pass the ball at all. Hell, Jakob Poeltl just dropped four dimes on the Mavericks in their last game. There is no reason Onyeka should be +254 for four measley assists. Feels like an opportunity.

NBA Parlay Leg #2 – Alex Sarr Can Fill Up Statsheets In a Hurry

Now that we have the certified banger out of the way, it’s time to get creative. The only way we can build a giagantic two-legger at this point is to add a +1000 type move to the party. This is just math people. It’s all it will ever be.

Lucky for us, Alex Sarr plays tonight.

Here’s the obvious issue with this one. Alex Sarr is on a minutes restriction. He’s just back from injury, and the Wizards are tanking. There is literally no way he’s going to play a full compliment of minutes tonight. That’s why an absolute beast like Alex Sarr is being priced at +1120 for a little Double-Double. The thing is, he’s +750 for this same move at some spots and there is a reason why.

Stay with me here. Sarr could play 20+ minutes tonight. He just played 17 in his last game and by all accounts, he was fine afterwards. What if it comes out before the game that he can play 22-25 minutes tonight? That would be huge because the last time he played the Heat, he went for 12 points and 12 boards in just 25 minutes. This time around, the Heat are resting guys so it could be brick city out there which means rebounds. It’s not that crazy to think Sarr can slip in a little 11-10 game even on a minute restriction. Feels right.
